About: I love animals and have always had a dog plus some fun family pets like gerbils, turtles, fish, chickens, a goat, and a cockatiel! I often care for my children’s pets when they are out of town: Mini Golden Doodle, Great Dane, Pitbull, Rottweiler, and a Lab with puppies. I’m comfortable providing your pet with any medications or following special instructions, because I know how important their health is to you. I’d be happy to care for any of your animals. I’m retired, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets and can make most anytime work. I’m available on weekdays and weekends. Currently, I am only taking 1 dog at a time unless they are from the same family. I have a fenced backyard for your dog to play in, a nice neighborhood to go for walks, and I currently have no pets at home.

About: I kept friends dogs at my home for years while they traveled for work or play. I now have two cats I adore, but they don’t get along with dogs or I would still do it in my own home. I’ve supported and helped train several of my dogs and generally don’t have a problem holding the parents expectations for their fur kids, if that’s behaving on leash, rehearsing training, or making sure that they “do something” for treats, I’m happy to make sure they aren’t letting their manners slip around the new guy. I am a large man over 6ft and 230lb, and I have met a few pups who specifically didn’t seem comfortable around me, they were rescues and some warmed up with time. I would to meet your shy pet and see if they warm up, but I prefer being honest and if large men give your pet anxiety, I may not be the sitter for you. And that’s ok I’m a massage therapist, so while my schedule may change from day to day, I have time to swing by for walks, feedings, or even meds as long as you have specific instructions for the meds. I don’t take clients until 10, and i often have large breaks during the day to visit or check on the fur kids. I am not married nor do I have kids so i can be flexible with my time. I follow the clients instructions to the letter, and leave the space as I found it with happy sleepy pets. I’ve cared for kennels and champion hunting dogs, feral cats and the dogs they scared. I prioritize keeping them on their own schedule and stress free. I will let you know if and where I would need to deviate from their normal schedule if necessary. In addition, I farm-sit for my stepsister and care for her ducks, chickens, two small indoor dogs, and four large Great Pyrenees working dogs. This has made me comfortable managing multiple animals at once, following feeding and outdoor routines, and caring for both small companion pets and very large working breeds. Whether your pet is young and energetic, elderly and in need of extra patience, or simply happiest sticking to a familiar routine, I’ll provide dependable, attentive care and regular updates while you’re away. I work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, making me available for morning visits before work, evening visits after work, overnight house sitting, and weekend bookings. When caring for your pet, I prioritize keeping them on their normal routine and following any specific instructions you provide. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, quiet companionship, or needs extra attention due to age or special needs, I’ll provide dependable, loving care and keep you updated with photos and messages throughout your booking. Weekday dog walks are available after 5:00 PM due to my full-time work schedule. I’m available mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight house sitting. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I understand that every animal has different needs, and I take the time to carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise routines, and any other preferences you have. My experience ranges from caring for senior dogs with special needs and diapers to energetic puppies, giant Great Pyrenees, indoor and outdoor cats, and farm animals. I’m comfortable handling multiple pets, maintaining a calm environment, and adapting to each animal’s personality.
