As a lifelong animal lover with more than 25 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, horses, emus, chickens, and even a feral cat colony, I understand that every animal deserves patience, compassion, and individualized care. My goal is simple: to provide a safe, loving, and enriching environment where your dog or cat can relax, play, and feel at home while you're away. Located on three beautiful acres in Aromas, California, my property offers a peaceful park-like setting with plenty of room to explore safely. Safety is my highest priority, and dogs are never left unattended outdoors. Every guest receives attentive supervision, plenty of exercise, and lots of affection throughout the day. Your dog's stay may include walks, nature hikes, supervised outdoor play, enrichment activities, cuddle time, and, for suitable dogs, adventures to local beaches and trails. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or prefers a quiet place to relax, I tailor care to their individual personality and needs. Inside, dogs and cats enjoy a spacious 2,800-square-foot home where they are welcomed as members of the family. They can lounge on comfortable furniture, sleep on the bed if permitted by their owners, or rest in their own crate if that is their normal routine. I share my home with my gentle 11-year-old pit bull, who gets along well with dogs, cats, and the farm animals on the property. Because I value safety and positive experiences for every guest, I carefully evaluate compatibility and strive to create a calm, stress-free environment. When your dog or cat stays with me, they're not staying in a kennel—they're joining a home filled with love, experience, and genuine respect for animals. My goal is for both you and your dog to enjoy complete peace of mind, knowing your family member is safe, happy, and cared for as if they were my own. I look forward to meeting you and your dog or cat. I also do ranch visits and have experience caring for goats, sheep, horses, chickens, and pigs. I'm semi-retired and take advantage of our beautiful central coast daily, either walking, hiking, or playing on the beach. We start our day in the morning with a nice sniff, play, or zoomie time on the property. After breakfast we'll do a walk on the beach, a hike (depending on your pet) or playtime on the property. My dog is getting older so he's usually good for about 3 miles and can't really do strenuous hikes. He loves the beach so we also take a late morning beach walk. Aromas also has a lovely dog park now, so if your pup is social that's a fun place to go. For more athletic dogs, there are some incredible hiking trails in this area. Afternoon chores start normally around 5, when I walk the property and feed and check on my goats and emus. This is more play time for your fur baby, as we watch the sunset and settle in for the night. Where does your pet sleep? They are welcome on the furniture or my bed. I also have extra dog beds for those pets who like their space. I have a completely fenced yard with plenty of space to roam. With the exception of a couple of 2-3 hour windows 2 to 3 days per week, your pet is never alone. I do have stairs so if your pet needs help going up and down, I will block the stairs so there are no accidents.

She greeted my pets and I outside of her home and then gave us a tour of where my pets would spend time. She spent the time to allow my dog Roble to get acquainted with the space and other pets. She was very thorough in caring for my pets (i.e. feeding schedule, rest, petting and play time). I received plenty of updates as well. I will definitely utilize her services again!”

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family always had two or three at a time—from Huskies, Malamutes, and wolf dogs to French Bulldogs, Border Collies, and Pit Bulls—so I learned early that every breed brings its own personality, challenges, and way of learning. Over the years, I’ve worked on the fundamentals with a wide variety of dogs and later had the opportunity to learn from an experienced trainer with a background in search and rescue, protection work, and advanced behavior training. That experience helped me expand my skills, understand dogs on a deeper level, and appreciate how much the right approach can change both a dog’s behavior and their future. Now I’m building something of my own. My goal is to keep learning, keep improving, and use the skills I’ve developed to help dogs become more confident, manageable, and successful in their homes. Most importantly, I hope to help give dogs with behavioral challenges a second chance—and keep as many as possible from being euthanized simply because they were misunderstood or never given the right training. I tend to favor weekends and over nights with my work schedule. However, flexibility is possible. Scheduling your pups appointments ahead will always be recommended! I work with both dogs and handlers/owners to facilitate better communication. Once a dog can communicate effectively with their human, a bond deeper than “the hand that feeds me” can develop.

About: I have worked with animals for a very long time. I grew up with them and then I decided to study Veterinary care in college working with animals such as cattle, horses, dogs, cats, goats, chickens, and others. I worked at a grooming/boarding facility as well. I have trained my own dogs and some friends dogs. I have also raised puppies and worked with professional training to better my own dogs. I am a stay at home mom due to day care and I figured I have always loved animals, why not work with them? I am pretty much available all week. I have a fenced yard where my dogs roam, My dogs are crate trained and go out most of the day. I do walk them once or twice a day depending on the weather. I also do feeding 2x a day and a couple of treats while training. We do other activities as well

About: What separates me from other pet sitters is experience and attention to detail. I’m comfortable caring for dogs with a wide range of needs, including seniors, high-energy dogs, and those who require extra structure, patience, or consistency. I take the time to learn each dog’s routine, triggers, preferences, and training cues so care stays consistent with what they’re used to at home. I’m through about following care instructions, including feeding routines, medication, leash handling, and household rules. I pay close attention to behavior and body language and adjust care as needed to keep dogs comfortable and balanced. I also provide regular, thoughtful updates so owners always know how things are going. I provide care throughout the day to maintain your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. Mornings typically include walks and potty breaks, breakfast, and any required medications. Midday care includes walks, enrichment, playtime, or quiet companionship depending on your pet’s needs. In the afternoon and early evening, I focus on additional walks or outdoor time, scheduled feedings, and appropriate activity or downtime. Evenings include a final potty break, dinner and medications if needed, and a relaxed wind-down period. I follow established schedules closely and provide regular updates so owners always know how their pets are doing. I have a fenced in backyard for lots of running and play time & a climate controlled inside. Dogs are never left alone and always supervised.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and for the past 25 years I’ve especially enjoyed fostering and having a multi-dog household. I’m an RN, so I’m very comfortable providing whatever care or assistance your dog may need during their stay, including medications or other special care instructions. I currently have three dogs of my own, all spayed/neutered, and they genuinely enjoy having other dogs around. I have one male who is about 45 pounds and two females who are about 25 and 45 pounds. They are an important part of our family and are very accustomed to welcoming new dogs into the house. My home is set up with dogs in mind, with plenty of space and comfortable places for them to relax, play, and have their own quiet time. I’ve learned over the years that every dog is different, and my goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and peaceful environment where everyone can feel at home. I work 20–30 hours a week, primarily from mid-afternoon into the evening, so I have most of my mornings and early afternoons free to spend with the dogs in my care. I have three dogs of my own who play well together and with other dogs, but also enjoy being lounge potatoes. 🐾 When I’m at work, I leave the door to the backyard open so the dogs can go outside whenever they need to relieve themselves, get some sunshine, or simply enjoy being outdoors. Before I leave for work, we have plenty of time for exercise and fun. Depending on the weather, we might head to the beach, go for a hike, or visit the dog park. If it’s too hot or the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll take a quick neighborhood walk and then spend time playing inside or relaxing and cuddling on the couch. Over the years, besides always having a multi-dog household, I’ve fostered more than 65 dogs with all kinds of personalities, ages, backgrounds, and needs. That experience has taught me how different every dog can be and how important it is to let them settle in at their own pace. I’m very comfortable helping dogs through the initial awkwardness of being away from their people and home, and I’m happy to give them the patience, reassurance, attention, and affection they need to feel comfortable. I also keep a close eye on the dogs in my care and am very attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, energy, or anything else that might indicate they aren’t feeling quite themselves. My goal is for every dog staying with me to feel safe, loved, included, and like they’re having their own little vacation while their family is away. My house is definitely a dog-friendly home! My dogs are welcome on the couches and beds, and I have plenty of cozy dog beds and pillows scattered throughout the house for everyone to find their favorite spot. If your dog enjoys being around other dogs and can be trusted to have some time alone in the house, they’ll fit right in and have a fantastic time here. When I’m not at work, I spend the majority of my time with my dogs and the dogs staying with me. They are welcome to hang out wherever we are, whether that means playing together, lounging in the backyard, or snuggling up on the couch. My backyard is fully fenced with a 6-foot picket fence, and both gates have deadbolts for extra security. I also have cameras around the house so I can check in on the dogs while I’m away. Honestly, that’s mostly how I catch them stretched out on the grass with their bellies in the sun, enjoying a good afternoon siesta! ☀️🐶 I’m also very comfortable caring for dogs with medical needs. I don’t mind giving medications, following special instructions, or providing extra attention and care when a dog needs it. My goal is to make your dog feel comfortable, safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away.

About: I was raised on a ranch in Texas with over 2000 stock to care for as a young child and teen. I not only love animals, but I have cared for all kinds of exotic, wildlife, and domestic animals. On top of caring for other friends and family members' pets for over a decade now. I have a Mane Coon cat and a Maltipoo now that I care for daily outside of caring for other fur babies. I have a very flexible schedule due to only being a provider of pet services. I live in a 3 story home with no yard. However, we do have a very nice pet-assigned area for bathroom needs on top of the most beautiful walking grounds you could ask for being a pet owner. We do not smoke. We have wood floors throughout our home. Pets are allowed on my furniture. Your pet will be treated like our pet and we would always put safety & happiness first.

About: I have my own space with an easy to clean floor. I am very chill and and I'm located very near 101 and the Gilroy Outlets. I work as a in-home Care Service and I enjoy my work I worked hard enough to find time to take care of my kitten and the rest of world. Cat powers, woof! I usually let them free roam but if they have to be in the crate either you or I can use a crate for your services the usual clean floor and dog mats or dog trainer pads and kitty litter will be available respectively.

Since I work from home, I’m able to provide a calm, attentive environment and give pets the care and companionship they need throughout the day. When caring for pets in their own home, I follow their usual routines as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, and medication instructions when needed. I also make sure they have fresh water, a clean space, and plenty of attention. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and comfort level, and I always prioritize their safety and well-being. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel confident knowing your furry family members are in good hands. 🐾
