I have owned multiple dogs of different sizes and owned for multiple kinds of reptiles. I have experience carrying for special needs dogs as two of our dogs needed extensive medical care and medication administered multiple times of day as they near the end of their lives. I’m currently working part time, just 10 hours a week and I spend most of my time when I’m not working doing schoolwork. I’m a local college student and avid pet lover. I have experience administering medications to dogs as my previous dog required multiple bouts of different medication throughout the day during the end of her life. I am an early morning runner, so I could take your dog with me for a run in the morning. I have a flexible schedule and could feed cats/dogs, take dogs out I have two cats that I keep indoors and let out under supervision only. We play a lot, my kitties love the spring toys! They love to look out the open window and make the "eck eck" at little birds and squirrels in my yard.

About: I have had a passion for animals for as long as I can remember, including behavior and training. I believe that every dog is a good dog. I began my career in animal care at an exotic pet shop in my teens. Between retail gigs, I had the privilege of working at a rescue shelter and a zoo, where my passions for animal conservation and welfare continued to grow. After that I spent some time in the veterinary field, where I gained valuable experience as a veterinary assistant. It was working in the veterinary field where I really got to pursue my passion for working gently with anxious and "aggressive" animals. Due to some physical limitations, I am not able to work full-time anymore, so I am now taking time to focus on what I really love to do, which is making pet and owner's lives easier. In my free time, I love to crochet, play video and borad games, and go on hikes with my partner. I am currently available full time to walk, sit, or drop-in on your pet! I can make most days and times work. Let me know what you need. I am not able to host for pet-sitting currently, per my lease at my current living arrangement, but I am available to stay in the pet owner's home if requested.

I would consult and agree to the time needed daily or weekly with the pet care I like to ask for a printed out routine or schedule. Emergency contacts and possible things to do around the house so when the owner comes home they can relax and have everything still flowing in the house.
