From the start, communication was great and it was clear that Maverick was in very capable and caring hands. He can sometimes show aggression toward other dogs, but Marium was very patient, attentive, and confident managing those situations. About: I’ve owned seniors dogs, puppies and everything in between. Jack Russell Terrier to English Mastiff. I’ve also owned cats with diabetes that required insulin daily, neurotic quirky animals we’ve had to adapt to, chickens, goats, sheep, bearded dragons and other reptiles. We are an active family. Hilo and Koa go most places with us. However, there are times he must stay home in his covered kennel, fenced yard or inside depending on weather. We have a soon to be 5 yr old German shepherd, a 9 yr old rescue chihuahua and our old man a 10 yr old Shih Tzu. They are spayed/neutered and get along great with other dogs. You will have the option to have your pet sleep in the living room alongside our dogs or in a separate room.

I will typically ask owners what commands they use with their dogs so I can help keep them trained and have them heel on walks. I always avoid other dogs just in case. And on hot days I plan my walks in advance and leave water out for the dog on the route before I start the walk. For drop ins and sitting: I will comfort your dog while you are away as well as feeding them, walking them, and playing with them. About: I was raised with all types of dogs around me including Labradors, chihuahuas, pit bulls, and terriers. I dog sit for a few family friends that trust me to care for their pets while they are out of town. I am currently flexible in my day to day schedule so I am available most of the week. I am open to do walks, drop ins, or house sit if needed. While I don’t have my own place to keep your dog, I am more than willing to care of your dog at your home. I have reliable references who have let me stay at their homes weeks-months at a time to care for their pets. From the start, communication was great and it was clear that Maverick was in very capable and caring hands. He can sometimes show aggression toward other dogs, but Marium was very patient, attentive, and confident managing those situations.
