“Nancy has a great house with yard and sweet little dogs that made my dog's stay a delight. I super appreciated the great pictures and updates and the care she provided for my little terrier. We visited two days and would definitely come back. Thank you, Nancy, for the great experience!”
3. Marina M.
“Marina was awesome. We were staying in a nearby area on vacation and wanted to adventure a bit and looked for someone close by that our pup Koa could hang with for the day. Marina was quick to respond and Koa stayed with her a day later for the afternoon. We received lots of pics and updates along the way. Her pup was super sweet. Koa took a minute to warm up but they soon became quick buddies. I really appreciate her watching him. Highly recommend Marina!”
4. Aaron B.
“Aaron was a great sitter, very flexible with times and responsive. He gave us a report of how she did during the day and if we are ever back in Santa Cruz and need a dog sitter we will give him a call. Thanks Aaron!”
5. Jennifer G.
“Jennifer was so kind and sweet to our pups. She sent us pictures so we could see they are well and having a good time. I will use Jennifer any time we need help with our babies. It’s hard to find caring people like Jennifer that really love animals and take care of them like her own. Yvonne oops”
6. Samantha P.
“Samantha was amazing! I could tell how much she enjoys dogs and what good care she takes of them. She provided plenty of photos and updates. My dog was so excited to see her the second day after having so much fun on the first day. Her dog is also super sweet, well-behaved, and friendly. Highly recommend!”
7. Maralina M.
“Very friendly, professional and took great care of my boy. Nice big yard and facilities for taking care of several dogs at once. Feels a little remote to get to, but if you can make it up there it's totally worth it! :)”
8. Petra Z.
“We had our dog, Nyla, stay for 1 day for daycare. Petra was great for our dog, understanding our dogs needs and slight aversion to new environments. (It takes our dog probably longer than normal to get 'comfortable' with new surroundings.) Petra shared updates and photos and feedback throughout the day. We plan to use her again as boarder on a trip that's coming in about a month. Thank you Petra!”
9. Susan L.
“Susan is amazing! A little background on me, I got my baby Kyro as an ESA, and he’s really been that for me. When I’m away from him I suffer from really bad separation anxiety, meaning I can’t stop thinking of what he might be doing and I even get extremely emotional to the point I can’t stop crying. I recently went to Vegas to visit my brother and I’m usually able to fly with Kyro since he’s my ESA, but because of the whole pandemic I thought it would be best for Kyro to stay with a sitter back home. The entire trip I was crying, I was just an emotional wreck and I just thinking about how Kyro was doing. The sitter wasn’t being responsive to me, I would ask for pictures and would get a reply 2 days later. It was just a bad experience for both of us, it made my anxiety worst and caused me to come back early. When I came back I found out he was being caged during his entire stay despite me telling the sitter that he didn't do good in cages. I found out because he even hurt himself trying to get out of the cage. Well after that I was obviously very skeptical leaving him with another sitter but after Kyro’s stay with Susan I have no doubt in my mind that Kyro and I will be going back with her. As soon as Kyro got home from Susan’s he went straight to sleep, he was worn out from all the playing her and her dog. I highly recommend her! She sent out pictures of Kyro’s stay which is always a plus. We did a meet and greet prior to the sitting and she made me feel comfortable from the get go. She explained her routine and introduced us to her pets, she also showed us her backyard and let me tell you my Kyro loved it! There’s plenty of space and grass area. Something that I was worried about was Kyro’s meals, he only does raw food and she was nice enough to accommodate to his needs and provide the attention he requires during his meal time. Also she’s very responsive through messages which always makes it easier on someone with my situation. Thanks Susan, not only are you helping me take care of Kyro but you’re also helping me ease my separation anxiety I have with him.”

12. Anna B.
About: I am sensitive to the emotions of animals and all about positive reinforcement, but I know when to be firm too. I am an experienced walker and mindful about respecting the community. I am athletic and can handle walks with larger, eager pups. I am currently a student studying TCM and acupuncture and am looking to take walks and sittings for dog therapy and extra income in between studying. I prefer to take sittings at the clients home but I am able to host too. During a sitting I am happy to take multiple long walks daily! I am also happy to take safe dogs on hikes, to the dog park or to their favorite spot. I've spent almost a year walking dogs full time with multiple steady clients, including puppy training and stubborn dogs that needed extra finesse :)
