About: Ive taking care of animals since I was 10 ten years old. Have four animals of my own, one big dog, two small dogs and a small cat. I’m currently unemployed so I’m basically available to take care and look after animals in any breed. Very interested for this job and experience with animals. I have a big back yard where my animals can play and poop. It’s safely protected with a huge fence and access to food/water for whenever they are hungry or thirsty.

About: Hi, my name is Jenny and I have a lifelong love of animals. I have cared for various types over the years including dogs, cats, birds, fish, chickens, goats, and horses. I have the most experience with cats, dogs, birds and fish. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we are the proud parents of five lovely girls (two are grown up and starting lives of their own) two amazing labradoodles and two sweet kitty cats who we fostered from our local animal shelter. We have a large family with lots of love to share and a large, secure fenced yard for furry friends to play in, plus a devoted indoor cat area where cats can sit back, relax, and enjoy freedom in a safe environment. Dogs have the freedom to go in and out at their leisure, and I also have a private area for dogs who don’t want to be around other dogs. About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always been one of my greatest joys. I currently have two dogs an Australian Shepherd and a Doberman/Border Collie mix who are full of personality. They might bark at first when meeting someone new, but once they’ve had a sniff and a friendly “hi,” they’ll want to just jump on your lap and lick your face. Somethings I just do as a Dog Mom is always make sure they have their fresh water, full bellies, and plenty of love and attention. I enjoy taking them to dog parks, lakes, and even car meets. Whether your dog prefers an active day out or to stay in the blankets I am all for it. I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. I treat every dog like they’re part of the family with patience, care, and lots of love. I am currently a caregiver but I also have the time to be with your fur babies, and give them the attention they need no worries. I have a closed in backyard with 2 dogs very friendly, dogs can be put apart if needed. The dogs will always be In watch incase of anything.

About: I have been a lifelong dog owner. I enjoy the exercise and would love to walk your dog either around the neighborhood or in a dog park or in one of the numerous open spaces around Aptos. As a retiree, I enjoy the exercise of getting my daily walk with my own dog. I would love to do the same with your dog to keep your dog exercised and to keep up my exercise regimen. At my home, I have a young dog with a fenced in yard on a cul-de-sac neighborhood in Aptos. I live near a big open space and I am also happy to walk your dog in your local neighborhood where your dog will be most comfortable.

Growing up with pets, I've cared for them through all life stages, including training puppies and providing special attention to seniors. I also have hands-on experience walking and caring for my family, neighbors, and friends pets, ensuring they receive exercise, companionship, and proper care while their owners are away. Leah was wonderful with Ruby. This was Ruby’s first Petsitting. Ruby is only 5 months old and still learning to walk in the leash and stay with someone new. Leah made sure Ruby was well cared for and was safe. They took 2 walks, went potty and played with her puppy toys. I feel confident leaving my puppy with Leah. We will definitely use Leah for petsitting in the future.
I hired Keren S. to look after my new dog, a mini Dachshund that I had purchased 10 weeks ago, so that I could participate in our annual family reunion at a nearby resort that does not allow pets on the property. I could not leave him with any family members, because they were all staying at the resort. I used Rover.com to find in-home pet sitters/boarders in the area, found several, but Keren's posting caught my eye because she used the term "Concierge" to describe her services, and that is exactly what I wanted, because I wanted to spend substantial time with my new 1-year-old dog every day, but I also wanted to spend substantial time at the resort with my family. Keren was absolutely wonderful! She requested that I bring my dog to her house and spend an hour with her, during which she showed me her home's floor level and back yard arrangements for dog care, introduced each of her 3 dogs and the 2 dogs she was currently providing day care for, and we had an enjoyable and (for me) educational discussion and Q&A about dogs and dog care in general. I felt very comfortable as I left her home: my dog had already made friends with her two smallest dogs. Keren was flexible and very understanding when I had to change my drop-off and pick-up times repeatedly over the next few days, due to changes in planned times for family events that I wanted to attend. I have been satisfied with other dog sitters in the past, but Keren has "raised the bar" for me. Not only did she enable ME to enjoy my vacation, she made it an enjoyable vacation for MY DOG, too! He had three days of playing with his new dog friends, and I know he greatly enjoyed -- and benefitted from! -- that experience!
