About: I’m a huge fan of both cats and dogs and will happily provide the walks, playtime, cuddles, belly rubs, and attention they demand. I love getting to know each pet’s personality—whether they’re a zoomie champion, a professional napper, or a little shy. My work is flexible and can host your pets for long term care. I would be honored to give your fur babies plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I work full-time, but only live two minutes away. I will be able to attend to your pets practically anytime of the day. I currently don't have any other pets staying with me so your babies will have my undivided attention. I live on a large private property with lots of land and space for needed outside time. I live in a small apartment but still plenty of space to comfortable moving.

About: I grew up in a big family with lots of pets including dogs, cats, rodents, and birds. I have been successful in self-taught basic training of dogs. I am a graduate student who plans to have pet care be a source of income that fits around my schedule. I have classes during the week and currently live on campus which is why I cannot provide care in my home. I have owned many pets in my life and have cared for different ages from puppies and kittens to seniors. I enjoy promoting enrichment activities and physical exercise.

My mornings are consistently free, which works well for walks and drop-in visits, and I have flexibility on Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends for longer stays or housesitting. On days when I'm teaching in the afternoons and evenings, I'm still available in the mornings — and I keep my schedule intentionally manageable so I'm never stretched too thin across clients. This isn't something I'm squeezing in around a packed schedule — it's something I've made genuine room for. When I'm in your home for drop-in visits or housesitting, I treat it with the same care and attention I'd give my own. That means following your routines exactly as you've set them, keeping things tidy, and making sure your pets are comfortable and unstressed in their own environment. I take detailed notes at meet-and-greets so nothing gets missed while you're away. On walks, I keep dogs leashed and attentive to their individual energy and needs — a reactive dog gets a very different walk than a social butterfly, and I know the difference. I bring over thirty years of animal experience to reading body language and behavior, so I'm not caught off guard by much. My own home includes a ball python and two cats, so I'm well practiced in managing a multi-species household safely and calmly. I don't offer boarding, which means your dog's visit to my home would only ever be for a meet-and-greet in a low-key, relaxed setting. In any situation that feels off — health, behavior, anything — I err on the side of contacting you immediately and getting to a vet if needed. You'll never be left guessing.

About: I've cared for Samoyeds my whole life, including litters from several of my own dogs. I've also looked after neighborhood dogs of all sizes, from chihuahuas to German shepherds, so I'm comfortable with pets big and small. Since my main career is remote, I'm home to keep an eye on dogs throughout the day. My own pets get a morning and evening walk plus feeding, so there's a consistent routine your dog can settle into. Your dog's safety is always the top priority. If everyone in the house needs to step out and there aren't enough eyes to keep watch, I use a crate to keep things calm and secure until someone's back. And if you'd prefer I stay with your dog the whole time instead, that's absolutely fine too — happy to work with whatever makes you most comfortable.

About: I've had dogs since I was 6 and have always been expected to care for them. Now that I'm away from home I miss my dogs and would love to help others take care of their fury friends! I'm currently young professional with hybrid schedule in office. I would not be able to be home all day for 3 days of the week (typically Tuesday - Thursday) but can care for them before and afterwards. On the other days, I can be home all day and care for them. I can take out your dog, feed them, or walk them around your neighborhood! I'm experienced in taking out dogs in fenced areas or on a leash and would love to cuddle with them as well!

About: Somers & Pleasantville For most of my life I have had either beloved cats or dogs. Marnie my 12 lb pomchi rescue, she is easy going and can sniff for hours, so we can walk for hours, or enjoy a dog park with your dog. Elderly is fine if they also can walk a fair distance. Animal advocate. I have a flexible schedule, mornings are best, early mornings too. Can take a long walk with my easy going dog. Happy to travel for gas recompenation. Will not be caring for dogs in my home at this time, unless very small/tiny and quiet. I can come to your house happy to travel if for a longer stay.
