When my plane was cancelled until the next day she was very accommodating. When I picked him up he was happy, healthy and seemed very "at home" and comfortable with her elderly dogs. This was my first experience having to eave him as it was a sudden out of country family emergency that kept me away for over 10 days. I also loved the ease with dealing with Rover and certainly not as anxious about having to do this again! Oh and also greatful that this all happened around xmas time and Sarah was available!!”
