About: New to Rover? Get $20 off your first booking here! https://www.rover.com/sit/stevew70683 I've been a lifelong animal lover ever since I was little. Taking care of pets has always been a natural part of my life. From their energetic beginnings to their golden years, when they need extra patience and care, I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I built pet care into my routine the same way others might schedule work or errands because it's just as important to me. Whether it's morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening playtime, I'm committed to making pets feel safe, loved and engaged. When a pet is being welcomed into my home, I focus on creating a calm environment tailored to their needs. I have a pet-friendly space with plenty of room to play and rest. I follow each pet's routine for feeding, medication, and favorite toys to make sure they get plenty of attention and exercise. When caring for pets in a client's home, I treat their space with respect and follow all instructions carefully. I aim to keep pets comfortable by sticking to a routines and being a reassuring presence while their family is away.

She wanted to get him out (he’s not much of a walker), so she put him in a wagon and took him on a neighborhood adventure. He loved her and loved playing with her. About: Have experience mainly with bully breed type dogs 100lbs & under as well as cats, lizards, & fish. My experiences have been mainly with rescues. I have helped find loving homes for dogs as well as caring for and rehoming cats. Everyday is a learning experience and enjoy creating bonds with new fur friends! I currently have a flexible schedule that can be adjusted with reasonable scheduling and communication (usually a week advanced notice is preferred). I typically make time to walk my pets in the early mornings/late afternoons/nights and allow the dogs to roam the yard or come relax inside as they please and depending on weather conditions. I would prefer to have pets (especially dogs) to become familiar with me first before we consider boarding them with me. I can accommodate inhouse crate/private room or outdoor crate/private gated kennel for housing.
