About: I've taken care of dogs and cats for more than 20 years. When I was younger, I rescued abused and neglected dogs back in Ukraine. Since then, I have had cats and dogs in Ukraine until I escaped the war in April 2022. Now that I am in the US, I often take care of the dogs and cats of my host families. I hope to take care of your pets as well! I have a flexible schedule and can work on most days, including weekends and holidays. On weekdays, I may need to step out to drop off and pick up my daughter from school. Every day, I walk, feed and clean up after my host family's two cats and one dog. I will ensure that the client's pets are safe and will be attentive to any special needs. Since I have taken care of many pets before, I know what I need to be aware of. I will also make sure to leave the client's house in the same condition as it was when they have left.

“Amaya is a natural with dogs and a pro pet-sitter. She took care of our 2-year old German Shepard for several days. Our dog can be a little reactive, but Amaya easily won her trust during the initial meet and greet. Our dog was also recovering from spay surgery and had a cone and needed medications. Amaya handled them all easily and confidently. Amaya was also super consistent sending photos of her visits and walks and feedings - all of which included our happy dog! We came home to a well cared for dog who was happy to see us, but who was clearly happy with Amaya's care.”

She has watched dogs, cats, rabbits and etc. She is very tentative to listening to the what the caretakers of the pet ask, and will make sure to follow their orders and keep the pet as comfortable as possible. I can a say from experience from her watching people's pet's she does a great job and the caretakers are usually first to call her if she can watch them again for them.”
