“Amethyst house sat for our two, including our livestock guardian breed dog, who is very slow to trust people. By the end of the week he was leaning up against her and asking to be pet. She sent lots of photos and kept us informed of her comings and goings. I would gladly recommend her, particularly to those with dogs who aren't friendly to strangers. Our Kuvasz, (like a Great Pyrenees), did great with her as she patiently met with him before our trip and managed him while we were gone.”

She loves the dogs so much, pays attention to details and noticed of anything was off like not drinking water or eating well. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have adopted both of my fur babies. I care for all animals-no matter the breed and will treat your babies like they’re my own! I’m available for walking and drop in visits any day of the week and would be able to stay with your fur babies on the weekends in your home! 🐶 Pets are most comfortable in their own home, which is why I will come to you! Let me know their routine and I will accommodate for you!

“Allison did a great job house sitting and taking care of Dax at the last minute! She sent lots of updates and photos. The house was very clean too! My only issue was the $20 meet n greet fee which I thought would be deducted from the booking once confirmed. Even though her bio says, “to be modified in the final price once a booking is confirmed” I still thought it meant she would take it off the price upon booking, but she adds it no matter whether you book or not. I’ve used Rover for almost 2 years and never had to pay someone to meet. I also pay fees when booking Rover too…. So it’s part of the program. I, too, lose out on my time if someone meets Dax and decides he’s too big or not a good fit for them. I don’t get paid for my time going to job interviews or when I’ve interviewed babysitters…. So just something to consider.”
