I have one standard poodle of my own, and I guardian home for my mom’s miniature poodle. I live on the 3rd floor apt lvl, so I am up and down the stairs with them tons. I take them for walks and late night dog park trips, to ensure that they’re the happiest of pups!

A typical day
I love to take long walks and hikes with the dogs I watch. Playing fetch, even if the doggo is still learning how to bring it back, is very fun as well because they get the zoomies😁! Ensuring the dogs I watch are mentally simulated with safe bones and treats, provided or confirmed by the owner is an important part of my dog sitting! I am still a bit new with cats but I am eager to learn and quietly/politely allow cats to get acclimated to me when Im new to their home. Once they feel comfortable with me, I love to play with them with the toys/treats provided by the owner!

Pet care experience
I have been around dogs since I was a young child. In my family, I was often the go to person when needing the doggos to be watched for the day and to do the basic trainings, such as sit, lay down, come, around, and heel. As Ive gotten older, my mom and grandmother have continued to heavily lean on me to watch and help train their dogs monthly, which I have adored, as the poodles and aussies are so fun and goofy! I am new to Rover but I am so excited to get to work with some wonderful pups and owners!
