“Stella and Rachel are the BEST! After another sitter cancelled on us last minute, Stella and Rachel saved the day. My normally anxious pup almost immediately relaxed around them during the meet and greet and I knew then he’d be in good hands while we were away. During the stay, I got regular updates and tons of pictures that showed a happy, relaxed pup that got lots of love and attention. We came home to a happy dog and a spotless house. I would absolutely recommend Stella & Rachel to anyone looking for pet care and house sitting. We will definitely be using them again!”

About: I’ve always had pets as my best friends! I grew up with my two dogs, a golden retriever and an Australian shepherd, have had three cats, one who had a litter and I helped watch over her and her kittens, and I have raised chicks many times with my family. I’ve had many pet sitting gigs for family friends and know great trail systems that are good for walking and safe from roads. I love animals and would love to help take care of yours!! I am currently a senior in high school and so I am in class from 7:50-2:20 every week day until June 12th but am available any other time of day! I enjoy taking pets for regular walks throughout the day on safe trail systems, some where they can run off leash without worry of cars or many other people or animals, and am used to keeping them on a timely schedule with meals because I do that for my dogs. I love to play games like fetch or tug-a-war with them to help get all their fun energy out and cuddle them after when they’re tired!

About: I have been around animals my whole life. I have been taking care/riding horses since I was 3, have 2 dogs (senior & adult), and I have my own leopard gecko! Animals tend to find my calm and collected demeanor comforting. I am a 2026 graduate and this summer I am working part time at Nonna Luisa’s in downtown Anacortes. I don’t start work until 4 and tend to have all of the morning to myself, so why not fill it with animals! I would create a personal pet plan with the owner to fulfill the pets needs. This could be walking, letting them out, or just keeping them company!
