About: While I may be new to professional pet sitting, my husband and I have been dog owners for nearly 10 years, and our kids have grown up loving and caring for animals, so having pets around is a normal part of our family life. Caring for our own dog has given us a lot of hands-on experience with special dietary needs, administering medication, daily walks, and basic grooming. We understand how important it is to trust the people caring for your pet, and we will treat every pet in our care like they’re part of our own family. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom and homeschool my 3 kids, so we’re home quite a bit! Daily walks are already part of our normal routine, and we’ll be happy to include your pup. There will also be plenty of time for play, attention, and snuggles throughout the day. The longest we typically leave the house is about 3–4 hours, and that’s no more than twice a week. We have a fenced backyard. It is on the smaller side, but there is still plenty of room for a little play and fresh air. We also have baby gates in place to keep our toddler safely in areas where we can supervise him, and those will also be used to help keep pets safely separated when needed. We want every pet in our care to feel comfortable, safe, and at home while they’re with us.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was ten years old and love getting to know them. I will be their calm and confident leader. Safety is my top priority (with fun being close behind) I will tailor each visit to the individual pet depending on their needs and personality. I run with my dog Daisy 4-6 miles a day and would love to adventure with yours! I can’t wait to meet you and your pet! I work with children, which has taught me a lot about patience, supervision, and the importance of paying attention to the little details. I’ve had cats my entire life, so cats are especially close to my heart. I love playtime, brushing, nail trims, and figuring out the best way to win over even the shyest kitty. I’m also an active person and love getting outside with dogs! Long walks, plenty of sniffing, games, and working on leash manners are right up my alley. I have experience teaching dogs leash skills, including heel commands, and I’m always happy to help a pup get some of their energy out in a fun and safe way. My split work schedule gives me lots of availability throughout the day, including early mornings, midday, afternoons, and evenings. That means I can give your pet plenty of attention and companionship rather than making them feel like they’re just waiting around for someone to come home. I currently work part-time on weekdays with a split schedule, so I’m only at work from 6:00–9:30 AM and 2:00–6:30 PM. This gives me plenty of availability before work, between shifts, and in the evenings to check in on, walk, feed, play with, and care for your pets. I’m also happy to spend extra time with pets who need a little more attention or companionship! When caring for pets in their home, I focus on keeping them comfortable, safe, and on their normal routine. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions and pay close attention to things like doors, leashes, and their surroundings to help prevent accidents or escapes. My experience working with kids has taught me to be observant, responsible, and patient, and I bring those same qualities to pet care. I have experience with a wide range of ages & sizes. I used to live out on a farm for several years and care for kittens, chickens, goats, pigs, and dogs. I helped take care of newborn kittens, feed and foster trust with them. Regularly cleaning the chicken coop, feeding them, collecting eggs and just hanging out with them. I would feed, brush and hang out with the goats also clean out pen. I raised a pig for 4H feeding, caring, and spending lots of quality time with him. And then of course dogs, I spent a good amount of years caring for two labs. Running them, washing them, cleaning up their dog house, feeding them. Snuggles and cuddles of course. I have notoriously always had an orange cat in my life; however living on the farm had about 6-7 cats I cared for. Them being farm cats mostly wanting to be fed and hung out with me in the grass or came by for pets. Neighborhood cats would get pregnant leading me to foster relationships with their kittens, a lot of times rescuing them, cleaning them up and bringing them back to wellness then re-homing them. Overall, I’d love to play & care for your pet as you see fit! Ideally I’d prefer a meet & greet prior to care. I have a very open and flexible schedule; morning's, afternoons and most evenings I should be around. My work schedule is currently evenings Sunday through Tuesday. I make sure pets are fed on time always have water and are let out whenever needed. I also make sure cat’s litter boxes are well maintained.

As a school bus driver, I work 6-10 AM, then have few hours break and go back to my afternoon drive 2-6 PM. To ensure proper care for your animals, I like to book clients no further than a 30 min drive from Sedro Woolley. Please take this into consideration when considering me as your sitter for your pets! :) I have owned cats, large dogs (100 + lbs), and horses over the years, so I'm well-versed in handling a variety of pet needs. I am comfortable around animals and can stand my ground with them. I enjoy large breeds and, having two 150Lbs + dogs before I know how hard it is to find someone to take care of them! I am available for short and long term stays in Whatcom and Skagit counties. Dogs, cats, horses, turtles and fish - all welcomed and loved! I work as a school bus driver, so I leave the house early in the morning for few hours, then have 2-4 hrs off and then drive the kids home in the afternoon, usually 2-6 pm. I've been caring for dogs at all stages of their life, from puppies all the way up to senior dogs. (My girl is now 7, and I had a senior dog that recently passed away.) I have patience with puppies and I also have experience with senior and special needs dogs to include administering medications by mouth or subcutaneously. I have pets of my own, I let them out every morning and we play while outside with my kids. If I can, or if requested, I will walk them after work. Dogs will not be left in the yard unattended and the neighborhood is great for walking around. I temperament check all dogs I pet sit before booking.
About: I have been a pet owner since I was 4 years old. Having potty trained, crate trained and socialized with dogs and cats makes me comfortable with any member of your pet family. I’ve also cared for other types of pets such as fish (fresh and salt water), ferrets, parrots and more! Most recently I pet sit for 10 consecutive days for a very shy rescue puppy who, by the third day was warmed up to me with routine and small windows of play time. Seeing your pet thrive and relaxed while enjoying some human interaction is the key to successful Pet sitting in my eyes. I’m unafraid of cleaning up messes, administering medication and keeping you informed of how the care is going via phone calls, FaceTime, videos and pictures to ease your traveling mind. I am a mom who homeschools her daughter while working for the local school district which means I have the ability to be available as you need. Treating your pet like family is the best way to keep them safe and feeling relaxed. Working with you to implement current training strategies and offering all around love and care is what makes pet sitting so meaningful to me.
About: I’ve been around all animals almost all my life and have always had the biggest love for them. I have also worked at veterinary offices and love almost every part of it :) I am currently doing online courses for school at skagit valley college and have an open schedule to help out with any type of animal care :) I have a fully fenced back yard that dogs would love and hardwood floors inside my house for when they are inside. I am fully capable of taking care of the animals however wanted :)
About: I have taken care of my dog for several months, kept up with his training and spend time playing. Puppies need extra attention to grow into healthy adults. Adults need just as much affection and some play time. I work full-time weekdays but I am available in the evenings. Saturdays are free for me to play with dogs and take care of them. I can manage keeping up with a dogs training and take care of their needs at the same time! Who needs their dogs loved on or watched over?

About: I have taken care of my own pets and those of friends and family when they go on vacation etc. i have all sorts of expiration e from sick animals to healthy ones and old dogs to puppies. I also love cats and kittens. I find it relaxing to play with animals! I currently have two cars and a dog of my own! I have a exotic short hair with eye problems that needs eye drops daily plus I feed all my animals twice a day! And take my dog for 3 walks! With love and affection! Animals deserve nothing but the best! I love to give treats and play with animals whatever makes them happy and trust me! Everyday I make sure my animals have everything they need such as food and water. We go on daily walks and I clean the cat boxes daily. I also love to spoil my animals with treats. Me and my dog always go for daily walks and i always give all my animals lots of pets and cuddles. If I were to watch someone else’s animals I would treat them as my own and also give them lots of love and cuddles/ play games and go for walks! And of course always clean up after them!
About: Since I was very young I have loved and cared for our dogs and cats. For the pups, taking them for long walks and spoiling them with toys and cuddles are among my specialties! For my cats, they are the lucky recipients of lots and lots of petting, cat toys and of course their favorite meals. I have an open schedule and can stop in for regular, long dog walks or stay over for overnight pet sitting and for any pet needs in between. I have experience with all ages and all sizes of dogs and cats and like to know all of your pet's favorite things and quirk so I can make my time with them super comfotable and fun. I am far away from home and miss my animals, now Rover gives me that chance to share my love of pets with others! I have time in the mornings and evenings to play, feed, and walk the pups. I never leave a dog for longer than 8 hours but I try to make 6 the max. In my own home it’s important to make sure they have some pieces of their home like toys, a bed, and a space to feel comfortable. In your home, I know it’s their space not mine. I care a lot about respecting others’ space.

About: While I may be new to professional pet sitting, my husband and I have been dog owners for nearly 10 years, and our kids have grown up loving and caring for animals, so having pets around is a normal part of our family life. Caring for our own dog has given us a lot of hands-on experience with special dietary needs, administering medication, daily walks, and basic grooming. We understand how important it is to trust the people caring for your pet, and we will treat every pet in our care like they’re part of our own family. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom and homeschool my 3 kids, so we’re home quite a bit! Daily walks are already part of our normal routine, and we’ll be happy to include your pup. There will also be plenty of time for play, attention, and snuggles throughout the day. The longest we typically leave the house is about 3–4 hours, and that’s no more than twice a week. We have a fenced backyard. It is on the smaller side, but there is still plenty of room for a little play and fresh air. We also have baby gates in place to keep our toddler safely in areas where we can supervise him, and those will also be used to help keep pets safely separated when needed. We want every pet in our care to feel comfortable, safe, and at home while they’re with us.
