About: I’ve taken care of pets and also have pets of my own who we love so much. Your fur babies will be in good hands! I work but I am willing to align my schedule if you give me 3 days notice in advance, I’m willing to stay in your home so your pets will be more comfortable staying in their own home. I don’t have a fenced yard but I can arrange things to see if your pets will feel comfortable in my home! I do have two dogs.

About: Dogs are my great addiction. I've owned dogs and walked and trained them all my life, but until I settle into my next job, I can't have a dog of my own again. So I'm petsitting and walking dogs for extra “dog time.” I have trained my own dogs for decades and walk dogs at local animal shelters. In the past, I assisted a vet at the mobile spay/neuter clinic and animal shelter in the Navajo Nation, and in the past worked with wildlife rehab and injured animals. I kept all my own dogs into old age and love senior dogs. With my family we raised 2 litters of German Shepherd puppies in my childhood and I've since fostered a few mothers and puppies at my home. I love all animals but I love dogs the most! I am self employed and work part-time, so I fit my schedule around your dog, cat or housesitting needs. I'm an early riser and love to be outdoors in any weather so you never have to worry that your pet's schedule will be interrupted. Your home is as important to me as your animal family and both will receive loving care and attention from me. I've cared for homes in New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Texas and California and have excellent references from clients, neighbors and friends.
About: Pets growing up were 3 dogs Lacy, Maya and Frodo as well as many kitties. Oso was my Cat, we had him from the time I was 4-14years old. We also had a chicken coop we were responsible for, horses that were our landlords but that we fed, and a fish tank with guppies and sucker fish. My 1st gig watching someone else’s pet, was for an elderly woman at my church when I was about 12. Milo was an older, golden retriever. I walked him, cleaned his outside restroom area, fed, bathed, and blow-dryed him. Family and friends have always reached out to me for help over the years, I have cared for all pets. Rottweilers, pit bulls, huskies, small dogs, handicap animals, both cats and dogs. I am great with communicating and accustomed to following the routines their owners have set for them as I believe that is most respectful. My schedule is either 8am-1pm or 2-8pm. I have a 1hour lunch and am home otherwise. I usually have 2 days off a week so will also be home on those days. I have stone floors, no carpet, and live in a non-smoking apartment. I have a small backyard with dirt area and kennel where they usually take small potty breaks aside from walks and dog parks!

For boarding, pets are separated when unattended to ensure everyone’s safety. I maintain a clean space, monitor behavior carefully, and provide daily updates with photos and clear communication so you always know what your pet is up to.

Javier was great! He stopped by and made an effort to find Howie, our cat, even though she is pretty shy. He made sure she was taken care of, including leaving her treats and trying to get her comfortable with him. He also was really helpful around the house! He vacuumed up litter when he noticed it getting messy!
Jenna is very professional and caring. She met with me before my trip then helped a frightened kitty. Her first pet picture showed Cricket hiding under the bed. The last picture showed Cricket nuzzling her legs. I highly recommend this sitter for your pet needs. She is reliable and compassionate.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
