I follow their usual feeding, walking, and medication schedules, provide companionship throughout the day and evening, and ensure the home is cared for as well (lights, plants, mail, basic tidiness). My goal is to maintain a calm, consistent presence so pets feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. For in home drop-ins, I provide feeding, fresh water, litter box or yard clean up, medications if needed, and quality time with each pet. I tailor each visit to the pet’s energy level and personality including playtime, short walks, or quiet companionship. I also provide updates after each visit so owners feel connected and reassured. For dog walking, I focus on safe, structured walks that match your dog’s pace and needs. I prioritize leash safety, positive reinforcement, and a calm walking experience. Walks can include neighborhood routes or familiar areas your dog enjoys, or local dog parks, and I always ensure they return home settled, hydrated, and comfortable.

About: I have extensive experience taking care of dogs and cats. I've been taking care of pets in a house-sitting context for the past 16 years. I am extremely responsible and caring and will always put your dogs/cats/pets first. I love spending time with animals and I am happy to follow your instructions very carefully in order to provide the best possible care for your pet! About: Dogs are my great addiction. I've owned dogs and walked and trained them all my life, but until I settle into my next job, I can't have a dog of my own again. So I'm petsitting and walking dogs for extra “dog time.” I have trained my own dogs for decades and walk dogs at local animal shelters. In the past, I assisted a vet at the mobile spay/neuter clinic and animal shelter in the Navajo Nation, and in the past worked with wildlife rehab and injured animals. I kept all my own dogs into old age and love senior dogs. With my family we raised 2 litters of German Shepherd puppies in my childhood and I've since fostered a few mothers and puppies at my home. I love all animals but I love dogs the most! I am self employed and work part-time, so I fit my schedule around your dog, cat or housesitting needs. I'm an early riser and love to be outdoors in any weather so you never have to worry that your pet's schedule will be interrupted. Your home is as important to me as your animal family and both will receive loving care and attention from me. I've cared for homes in New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Texas and California and have excellent references from clients, neighbors and friends.

I'm a full time artist (and budding author) with a home office and studio in old NE neighborhood of St. Pete. My hours are my own so I am extremely flexible to accommodate you and your pet's needs. Afternoons and early evening are ideal times for me but I am happy to include mornings as well. Whatever is needed! I've studied many metaphysical modalities and am extremely tuned in to the energy of animals. I swam with wild dolphins on Hawaii for 30 years and "talk" animal. I will be happy to care for your pet in your home. Currently I am unable to host animals where I am staying. I will exercise, feed and spend time with your critters in your absence and follow your instructions for their care.

I have cared for a variety of animals from mice to snakes and cats to goats. All of the time learning what to do and not to do with every animal. About: I grew up with dogs and have had 3 of them myself. I currently have a 93 pound, 8 year old Pyrenees mix. My wife and I also have a sweet 11 year old cat and have had 5 other adopted cats over the last 25 years. I am familiar with walking dogs, giving attention to both dogs and cats, feeding schedules and issuing medications. I am currently working part time and I am flexible to work around your schedule. I am available Monday through Saturday. I am located in Agua Fria and have reliable transportation. I have a full acre in Agua Fria and a fenced yard for both my dog and cat. I walk my dog twice a day and spend lots of time with him and my cat outside in a safe, protected environment.
