About: I have spent the last 3 years traveling while doing house/pet sits throughout Mexico, Arizona, California, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. About: I've had dogs and taken care of them since I was a young child. As an adult I’ve fostered dogs for over 5 years, taking care of all types of dogs. I have experience potty training, house breaking, bathing, and more. The dogs I have fostered came from all sorts of backgrounds; homeless, abusive households, neglected, seniors, disabled (blind, deaf, hard of hearing, missing limbs). On the weekends when the weather is nice we like to go for short hikes. Unfortunately I sustained a bad fall in 2024 and broke my back; so I am unable to care for any pet over 50lbs or any pet that is leash reactive or pulls on a leash. Since that would aggravate the injury and most definetely stop me from caring for pets all together; I hope you can understand! I have a small backyard where we go play fetch, we also love going to Frenchy’s or many of the other parks in the area for walks and off leash play when the weather is nice. About: Pets growing up were 3 dogs Lacy, Maya and Frodo as well as many kitties. Oso was my Cat, we had him from the time I was 4-14years old. We also had a chicken coop we were responsible for, horses that were our landlords but that we fed, and a fish tank with guppies and sucker fish. My 1st gig watching someone else’s pet, was for an elderly woman at my church when I was about 12. Milo was an older, golden retriever. I walked him, cleaned his outside restroom area, fed, bathed, and blow-dryed him. Family and friends have always reached out to me for help over the years, I have cared for all pets. Rottweilers, pit bulls, huskies, small dogs, handicap animals, both cats and dogs. I am great with communicating and accustomed to following the routines their owners have set for them as I believe that is most respectful. My schedule is either 8am-1pm or 2-8pm. I have a 1hour lunch and am home otherwise. I usually have 2 days off a week so will also be home on those days. I have stone floors, no carpet, and live in a non-smoking apartment. I have a small backyard with dirt area and kennel where they usually take small potty breaks aside from walks and dog parks!

About: Caring for animals comes naturally, and nothing makes me happier than making them feel safe, loved, and at ease. Animals have always been part of my life, as I grew up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats and more! I've raised puppies from 3 days old, having to bottle feed and potty train...all the way up to seniors, managing meds and declining capabilities. I volunteered at a shelter in Mexico for a year. Through that experience, I was exposed to a lot of medical and behavioral situations, which taught me a lot. My partner and I both work from home, which means your pup will never be lonely. We know how to make dogs feel comfortable, and aim to have them feel like they've taken a little vacation, too! I know leaving your pets can be stressful. I send lots of updates and pictures, so you can feel relaxed and assured your pup is happy and healthy. My partner and I work from home, and have a lot of flexibility in our schedule. We currently have a 10lb Chihuahua, who was left on our doorstep with umbilical cord still attached! At 2 years old now, he's a pretty easy going guy, and likes to be part of a pack from time to time. He usually gets 2 walks a day around the neighborhood. Or, we will do a nice long walk or hike, if time allows. We feed twice a day and provide treats for being a good dog, of course. I love to take work breaks to play tug of war or fetch. Belly rubs are available every night for all four legged residents of the house who want them! Any furry guests would fit seemlessly into our routine. We have a fenced yard, and are always home when pets are in the yard. No dangerous chemicals or pet hazards in our house. Generally, we aren't away from for more than a few hours. We are also happy to take them with us, whenever possible.

About: While I have not consistently provided pet care over the years, I have grown up with black labs in my family home, I have assisted my family in being puppy raisers for Leader Dog for the Blind, I have a French Bulldog and Bully of my own, over the years I have also volunteered at different animal shelters, currently at the Santa Fe Animal Shelter. My care procedures are base on your pet’s specific needs and you will always receive updates from every visit. Of course, I am knowledgeable in administering medications in any form and can help access your pets medical needs while you are away. I am more that happy to care for pets that have medical needs or seniors that need this extra care. I know that choosing a caretaker for your pet can be a hard choice so I think meet and greets are a great way to make sure you’re comfortable and know your pet is in good hands! Pets have free range of the main house. There are gated off areas to give the resident kitties privacy. I am home full time. I tried to mimic your pet schedule the best I can in my own home or when I come to visit. I have a fenced in backyard. My dog is friendly with other dogs and cats. I always encourage meet and greets with dogs for safety purposes. I make sure pets do not have access to entry doors.
About: I have spent the last 3 years traveling while doing house/pet sits throughout Mexico, Arizona, California, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. My clients have included some high profile gigs in Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu, but I have also spent months at a time living off-grid in the Mexican jungle and caring for animals on remote farms. My experience dates back to 1991 when I worked my high school summer vacations on a sheep farm to escape city life. I love ALL animals, and have had a special connection with them, my whole life. Your pets (and babies) will be comfortable with me right away. I have been a mom to birds, rodents, fish, cats, and dogs. I do have some experience with reptiles, as well. I come with many years of hands-on experience with dogs and cats from the puppy/kitten stage through their golden years, so you can rest assured that any special accommodations your fur-baby may need will be met with kindness and compassion. I am particularly fond of, and experienced with Bully Breeds, Golden Retrievers, and Doodles of all varieties. I only provide pet care in the owners home as I’ve found it is a far less stressful experience for the pets and the sitter. It’s all I do, so your pets will get tons of attention and affection. I also do occasional dog walking gigs while I’m staying at your home. Your babies are my babies while you’re away, and your home will be treated with the utmost respect. Confidentiality and privacy are considered paramount, always.
About: Working with pets is something I truly love. I grew up on a farm with countless cats, cows, pigs, and horses, where I think that love started. Since, I’ve volunteered for an animal shelter, cared for other’s pets (housesitting, walking, drop in visits), and had my own doggo for thirteen years, and recently adopted a sweet family dog. Under my care, you can trust that your pet will be safe and happy. At the moment, pet care is my main priority! I haven’t any major responsibilities competing with it, so I can dedicate a great deal of time and love into pet care. My daily routine revolves around my pack needs. Our routine is generally foods, walks, parks, poops, pees, plays, sleeps, repeat…. I am flexible and can accommodate pretty much any type of needs for your pets. I am ready to come care for your pets whenever I am available. Everything from simple walks and feeding to extended stays at my place or yours, it sounds like fun to me. I have a full time best friend and dog named Spreckles who is pretty close to perfect. His nickname is Sprex. He is Hawaiian, so naturally he is very friendly and mellow with tons of Aloha. My number one priority is pack safety. I follow a daily routine and consistent schedule with my pack. Our day always starts with a nice walk to a nearby park. I use my own custom made leash system that I can walk many dogs at the same time, safely and securely. When we’re not out walking or at the park we do a lot of chilling and hanging out around our house and fenced in yard. I promote the pack mentality among my dogs as I am always their pack leader who ensures their safety and protection all the time. I’m glad to use your dog’s crate at my house whenever I am not home if needed (not typical). Sometimes I take the pack out on planned field trips, usually afternoons and weekends, to various places throughout the area. Frenchy Park is right across the street from my house and super fun for the pups. I treat and protect each dog as if they were my own and love them all unconditionally. FYI, I don’t introduce my pack to other dogs that we don’t know, to avoid any unwanted drama and to keep everyone safe. New dogs really shouldn’t be introduced while on leashes anyway. I speak the language of dogs and am confident around them always. I am always their alpha who provides a fun and safe space for my pack.
About: I started caring for horses,dogs and cats at age 15. We owned a ranch & I cared for all the animals daily. I had clients and friends who relied on me to care for their fur babies. Animals are family and I treat all animals with love and kindness. I also volunteer with the Humane Society and have done animal rescue during hurricane Rita, Katrina and Harvey as well as local rescues. Pet care has always been my passion since I was a child.
