When it rained, Olivera didn’t just wipe Lilit’s paws—she gave her a cozy towel dry and made sure she was comfortable back at home. We’ve never felt so confident leaving Lilit in someone else’s care. Olivera sent us updates with photos and detailed notes that captured Lilit’s personality perfectly. It’s clear she treats every pet like her own, and that’s a rare quality. Thanks to Olivera, we came home to a happy, relaxed dog every time. I can’t recommend her enough—she’s simply the best!”
