“Ericka was absolutely lovely. Our Olive warmed up to her right away and loved spending time with her. Ericka was extremely flexible with her time as I needed to make a couple changes since my travel plans were adjusted last minute. Definitely having Ericka back to stay in our home and take care of our Olive!”

“Thank you again for being awesome, especially while we had work being done on the house and a sick kitty. You took amazing care of the boys and our house and communicated with us regularly so we didn’t worry about Dave. So lovely to come home to a spotless home and know we can relax while we’re away because everything is in good hands. You’re the best!”

“I am Brooke’s first client with Rover and I definitely won’t be her last! She was a delight to have stay in my house with my three dogs. She took especially amazing care of my 16 year old who is blind and mostly deaf and still managed played all day with our other 2 pups. I received many photos and videos without prompt. We will definitely be asking Brooke back to help us out when we travel. Highly recommend her!”

“We had Austin housesit with our pet Ollie, for 5 days while we were on vacation. He was very sweet to our dog and provided the loving presence we desired for her in our absence. We will certainly hire him on our future vacations and will recommend him to our family members and friends.”

“She was Great.”

“Liz is awesome. Super responsive and clearly loves all dogs. She had just come off an extended stay with another client but that didn’t stop her from making Jack her #1 priority. She ensured she arrived at our house on the first day soon after we left, she was clearly home with him a lot and she double-checked what time we expected to be home on the last day before leaving. The house was super tidy when we got home and Jack, while happy to see us, clearly had a great few days with Liz. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough (except during times we want her to stay with ours again 😁).”

“Nani has a new best friend! Susan is amazing and beyond respectful of our home when she stays over. I get full detailed texts and videos and love seeing how happy nani is when we’re gone! If I could give more stars I would. Excellent dog sitter.”

About: Hello there! My name is Adeline. I am 32 years old and I am originally from France. After a few years in the Central Valley, my husband and I relocated here in the area. We made the difficult decision of not getting any pets, because we travel several times a year to visit my family in France, but we miss it a lot! I have over 10 years of experience with pet sitting, with both cats and dogs. But I love all animals! I am very sensitive when it comes to animals, and I have been known to save a few from the street, including cats and dogs, but also injured birds, a duck, a chick, and even a hedgehog! I am very caring, responsible, attentive, dependable and trustworthy. I am used to having and caring for pets, and I am extremely sensitive to their well-being. I give them a lot of attention and love, to help with loneliness and anxiety. I am also very attentive to any changes in behavior, to be able to notice if there is something wrong. You can be sure your fur babies will get all the attention and love they need, as I will treat them as my own. Pets are family, and I know how stressful and scary it can be to leave them (and your home) in the hands of someone else, especially a complete stranger. This is the reason why I aways make it my priority to do things your way. I take your needs and instructions very seriously. Obviously, I could never replace you, but I will always make sure things are done the way you would do them, as much as possible, to minimize the impact of your absence as well as the potential anxiety your pet could feel as a result. It is very important to me that you have that peace of mind., because I know this is what I would need. When you are away, peace of mind is everything, so this is what I am going for. *** Day-time House Sitting: I charge per hour, please contact me directly as the House Sitting price I have on Rover is for overnight only (12 hour period). Thank you 😊 📆 I just started my own travel planning business so I am home a lot. I am out of the country a few weeks a year but my calendar is being updated on a regular basis. I am very flexible depending on your needs. 👩🏻🤝👨🏼 I am a very caring person, responsible, attentive, dependable and trustworthy. I am used to having and caring for pets (dogs and cats) and I am very sensitive to their well-being. I give them a lot of attention and love to help with loneliness and anxiety. I am also very sensitive to any change in behavior so that I can be able to notice if there’s something wrong. You can be sure your fur babies will get all the attention and love they need. I will treat them as my own 🤍 🐱 If you have cats and are considering leaving them under our care in our home, we will make their safety and comfort our priority. We make sure all doors and windows are closed at all times and we will be extra careful not to let them out. The cats will have access to all rooms in the house and will have plenty of beds and blankets to hang out and sleep. I am a huge cat lover and I cannot wait to have an opportunity to host them as I really miss my cat back in France. Be reassured, there will NOT be any another pet (dog or cat) in our house while your cat(s) is/are here ☺️ ✉️ Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about me or my services, or if you just need reassurance! I am very available and respond fast 🙂

“Lindsey was fantastic with my Kai! Not only did she accommodate my last minute request, but she was quick to offer a meet and greet and instantly fell in love with my sweet boy. This is the first time I’ve left Kai with a “stranger” since I adopted him and I truly have never felt more at ease! Kai was in fantastic hands, I received adorable photos throughout the day, and I really think he currently is missing her after their fun filled day together. Thank you again, Lindsey!!”

About: I’ve been in the presence of animals all my life! Specifically bigger dogs like huskies and golden doodles galore! I love animals and know how special they are to us and want to make sure they are well exercised, cared for, and loved! I’m confident your dog (and you) will like me because i’m kind, respectful, and honest! I promise i will love your dog as much as you do🤍 I just graduated from Pepperdine! I’m currently working full time in Malibu but normally have two weekdays off- however the specific days change week to week. I start work at 10 and off at 6:30 and can walk anytime before or after that! This allows for your dog to be cared for when it’s a cooler temperature outside making it more fun for them on walks! On my off days i’m free anytime! I have a fenced home and two dogs to keep your dog company! ( one husky and one golden doodle). I do have a pool in my back yard! Your dog can sleep with me and go on any of the furniture!

About: I love dogs and have had dogs all of my live, and had taken care of them when they were puppies, so potty training, playing and keeping and eye on them, and also when they were sick and old, so giving extra attention to their wellbeing. Pets are family members that need to be cared for, treated with respect, as well as provide them with some fun play time. I’m currently working part time so I have time to spend with your pet during week days and can provide visits twice a day in case that is needed. I would keep them on their leash whenever we are outside, always keep the door closed to avoid them running away and follow the house rules.
“Cheri and Matt are fantastic! They are very professional, nice and easy to work with. And most importantly, they were wonderful with our new husky. She’s a very energetic 2 year old recently adopted from a shelter and this was the first time we’ve left her. She was a happy dog and we loved the pictures we received.”

About: As a Gold Award Girl Scout with 4+ years of experience in babysitting & petsitting, I am confident & respectful when caring for these wonderful creatures! Your animals are my highest priority & I always make sure to keep an organized schedule. With 2 dogs at home, pet care is my living. I walk, feed, & care for my dogs every day. I promise to bring the same love & care to your pet I love to let dogs be dogs! Playing with animals & and giving them the love & attention they deserve is very important to me

“Avery is an amazing pet sitter! This is our first time using her and we will absolutely reach out in the future. Our cats loved her! She is friendly, professional and great with animals. It was such a relief to have such an incredible pet sitter looking after our babies while we were away. Plus she got some incredible pics of our little snugglebug to tied us over till we could get home and love them us ourselves.”

About: I have volunteered for many years at Paw Works rescue shelter where we cared for and socialized the dogs, cleaned up after them, and made sure they were living their best life. I've also had and cared for dogs my entire life, that's Jinx in my picture about to sneeze on me.😅 I can work any day of the week that would be needed however I do have an internship in the late mornings to early afternoons. This internship however does have very flexible schedules. I am willing to make any accommodations for your fuzzy friend including medicine, which my dog often needs to take, going on runs with them making sure they get to use the bathroom often and before bed, and ensuring their areas are clean.

“Hayley dog sat our two little dogs last Saturday and she was lovely. If she has availability to sit your dog, definitely contact and book her! First of all, our one dog is a 15 year old diabetic with a host of other problems. He has to eat at a certain time, take oral medications, and get his insulin shot at a certain time. With a meet and greet, Hayley actually came over and learned how to give him his shot. To be honest, it's really hard to find someone to give an insulin shot who'll also sit, but Hayley got the gist right away! She's really nice and very responsive. I felt very comfortable leaving our dogs in Hayley's care. I got photos all night, updates on their feeding/meds, and when I came home late at night, everything was very tidy and cleaned up. So, the point being, if you can get Hayley to sit for you, do it. It was such a relief having her here with our little guys. We will definitely be asking her to sit for us in the future :) She's great!”

About: I have two amazing smaller dogs, one a chihuahua mix, another a poodle mix, and they have been living in our family for 10+ years each! I also have some experience in drop-in visits and love to walk! Not to mention I am also an Eagle Scout with great life experience, so I am ready to tackle whatever is thrown at me. I am currently a graduating senior from college and what better way to enjoy the summer than by helping out some cute animals! I will be available a lot with how much free time I have, and am looking for a nice gig. I treat every pet with great respect and am always on top of feeding, walking, playing, and taking care of them because I would treat anyone's pet with the same amount of care that I do for mine!

“Dee Dee performed all the tasks we asked of her, which included administering medication, feeding, walking, watering, and cleaning up after our 7 year old malinois with a serious medical condition. She stayed overnight for a week and took in the mail, brought out the trash cans, and looked after our house. She helped to make our vacation possible, as our dog cannot be boarded because of her medical condition.”
