About: I’m a Fear Free Certified Professional, currently studying animal behavior. I’ve been running my own home based doggy daycare and boarding house for four years. My care is crate-free (unless that's what your pup's preferred at-home routine is,) with regular group outings to trails and the beach. I live in a two level home where the entire downstairs and fenced backyard are just for the dogs! It’s colorfully set up as the coolest doggie social club, but the pups are welcome throughout both levels of the home. They are never forcibly isolated and almost always prefer to be close to wherever I am. I keep my client list small and personal—almost all of my dogs have been with me for years. I don’t aim to pack the house; I aim to give the best experience possible for every dog and human involved. My daycare and boarding space is air conditioned as needed for heat-sensitive pets, and there’s a lovely patio so dogs can enjoy fresh air whenever their heart desires. For safety, I use AirTags on all pets, live in a gated complex, and have an enclosed hallway on the third floor — perfect for escape-prone dogs. Cats enjoy a clean litter box, toys, and plenty of space to play or lounge… though their patio privileges have been permanently revoked due to an undisclosed number of “great escape” attempts. I follow each pet’s routine closely and give them the activity, affection, and structure they need — along with plenty of fun.

I highly recommend Paula for your dog care needs. As a registered nurse and neurotic dog mom, I’m very particular about who I will leave my dogs with. Both my babies have allergies with special food for each, need sunscreen and have behavioral quirks as they are brothers from the same litter. Didem was amazing! She was able to help me watch Lottie with a day’s notice. She also kept me posted on all things Lottie and really wanted to understand her the best she could to make her comfortable.
