He's the same cat who has had a treatable illness for many years and she handles medicating him twice a day with ease and calm. My husband and I know that when we leave the cats with her we can relax knowing they are in the best hands. She keeps us updated with pictures as requested and when we come home, it is to an organized pile of mail, a very clean house and two marvelously happy felines. I really can't say enough about Emma.
