“Sacha was fantastic, as our dogs can be quite nervous as they are rescue dogs, we was very happy to know Sacha could help us out, when we went away for the weekend, from the start she was very friendly and communicated well, in regards to what was required for looking after our 2 dogs, she did a great job taking care of them, and we were able to relax knowing, as she provided us updates to say all was ok. So we are very happy overall and highly recommend Sacha, hopefully we can rebook in the future as she was amazing!”

“Doug has looked after my Lhasa Apso Teddy for me. Teddy is a difficult character and spooks easily and Doug took the time to learn Teddy’s triggers and how to manage him out on a walk to make sure he was safe when out and about. He sent regular updates which was lovely and gave a summary of Teddys day everyday for me. He administered Teddys medication and even ended up bathing Teddy for me as he rolled in something smelly. He left my house absolutely spotless and clean. He was really respectful of my house rules and I felt 100% comfortable. Doug was amazing with Teddy and I will definitely have him back next time I go on holiday.”

“We stayed at a local hotel to Kate with a six month old puppy who we were worrying about leaving on his own while we enjoyed dinner in the restaurant where he wasn’t allowed. Kate’s communication was extremely efficient and proactive and we felt extremely safe leaving him with her. They bonded immediately thanks to Kate’s kind, playful and calm nature. About: I have my own dog and cat. I have looked after friends and neighbours pets while they have been away. I have also previously done dog walking for a neighbour. I am currently working part time, I have availability during the week and also can do drop ins on the days I do have work. I look after my pets by making sure they are loved, well looked after, well fed and well exercised. I ensure they are both happy and healthy.

About: I am a mature woman, who has always had a dog and I now have a lovely German Short Haired Pointer who came over from Italy. I don’t have dogs boarding at my home as it would not be fair on my dog but I am happy to pet sit in your home. I’ve had lots of experience- mainly with local clients through word of mouth and through an agency and I’m happy to provide references. I’m not combining Pet Sitting with working full time or studying so I’m free to devote my time to your pets and home. I’m a very experienced gardener and I’m always happy to help with greenhouses and houseplants which you can be sure will always be well looked after. I’ve worked in London flats and remote Dartmoor farmhouses and have been happy to adapt to town or county living. I have experience of many different types of dogs including Poodle, German shepherd,Italian greyhounds, Cockapoo, Golden Retriever, Rhodesian Ridgeback,Spaniels and Terriers but always loved and owned Border Collies, and would be very pleased to take care of this breed that often needs a particular type of attention I use treats to encourage dogs to do what I want and always reward. I don't shout at dogs or use any punishment, particularly with fearful or timid animals. I think it is more effective to reward dogs for doing what you want them to do and cheese works wonders! I can look after all types of dogs except those who are aggressive to people or who have severe behavioral problems. I need to meet dog/s before I can accept a booking and I am not normally able to manage last minute bookings but you can check my calendar in case I’m free. I don’t work full time or study at university so I’m free to offer round the clock care for your pets. I stay in your home so that your pets can have their familiar surroundings and routine. I always offer 100% care for your pets taking as much time as you would in walking and playing with them and I can also offer my help with dogs that suffer from Separation Anxiety.

About: I’ve owned various dogs for the last 15 years, training them from puppies and caring for them in old age. I currently have a dog who is my world and we would love to bring yours into our lives and treat them as part of our family. I work full time but spend the majority of my free time exploring with my dog and doing things with him, there’s always time for pets! I may not have a garden, but I have a secure pathway outside of my house which is big enough to use as a garden. I have laminate flooring, so no need to worry if your furry friend has an accident whilst with me.
