Our two dogs had a wonderful time, and we were not concerned about anything due to Jonny’s consistent updates and photos. My fiancée and I have never left our dogs for an extended period of time, and while we were initially anxious, this completely went away with Jonny taking care of them. He even went above and beyond to work on some of the leash pulling issues our dogs have. We will definitely be using Jonny again. “Jessica is fantastic! I have two cats Buttercup and Reese whom jess went from watching part time to full time due to private health stuff. Jess went above and beyond with both animals lives! Buttercup required a specific, fine tuned, diet due to his weight, which she always abided by. Reese who struggles to adapt to new people ended up loving her very quickly! Jess always left my home in impeccable condition with litter boxes clean and floors swept to perfection! At one point Jessica believed my Buttercup was having a health emergency due to his posture and noises being made but her communication was perfect! She was transparent and easy to reach that day and included video of the animal so I knew what we were dealing with. She had taken it upon herself to check the availability with my local vet and when she was going to take Buttercup to the emergency room we both realized he was just hungry ( he would do the craziest things for attention / food )!! Overall I could not be happier with Jess as a long time neighbor and small business owner I believe she is one of the best sitters in the North-shore area!”
