Dog Walkers in Crested Butte, CO

About: I usually pick up stray dogs when I travel and live with them until I find a home. Last trip I found a stray dog and the Airbnb I stayed at ended up adopting him. My old dog Rafiki was a bit of a trouble maker and extremely strong but was so lovely, I trained him and eventually I could take him on buses and trains. I would wake up at 4 am, play frisbee then we would walk to work where he had a dog bed, toys, food, water, etc. then we would play once an hour. At the moment easily, I work from home and make my own schedule. Also, it would be perfect for both of us with lots of walks and play. I treat them with compassion and love. In my house they are allowed on the furniture (unless owner does not want that), ball, toys, etc. In the owners home it’s all their rules as I don’t want to change any norm that is needed and respect their property. They main thing is a lot of play and obey what the owner wants/needs.

“Alyssa has always been a reliable walker and puppy watcher for our pup! She takes him on walks, hikes, and has watched our pup for weekends. I am very particular and only leave our pup with a few people and she is one of them. She always takes into consideration the importance of exercise, supplying fresh water/food, and the safety of our pup. An added bonus if your dog gets along with other dogs is her sweet pup, Charley. Our pup is VERY dog selective, but her dog and ours have grown to be great play mates. So that is such an added bonus for anyone with a dog. Your fur baby will be in great hands with Alyssa.”

About: I have 10 years experience including CPR and first aid. I love to house sit because I know how stressful it is to leave a pet home alone or in a kennel. I work remotely allowing me to take my work anywhere and I specialize in dogs with anxious attachment disorders and high need dogs I work part time at a winery, and the rest of my work is remote which allows me to stay at home with your fur baby’s I always stay at my pet owners homes and am very willing to work my schedule around the pets I care for. I take requests and have dogsat special needs and pups

About: I’ve had 4 dogs growing up ranging from 3 newfoundlands to 1 dachshund. Growing up, my mom gave myself the responsibility of taking care of the dogs including feeding, walking and bathing. I also ran a dog walking/sitting company around my neighborhood as a teen. In accordance to that I love being outdoors and you can count of your furry friend getting enough exercise under my care! I currently work mornings/nights periodically through the week. My job is very flexible with me so no need to worry about your dog being stuck at home for long periods of time. I live in a very pet friendly apartment right by a lake and a ton of trails. I know how to crate train as well, so if your dog requires that I am up to speed. I love any pets even if they aren’t mine, as if they were. I understand pets are an extension of your family so I take it very serious!

She watched my dog immediately after she got spayed. Morgan administered a series of medications, sent me updates as she healed, and gave her love and affection while she was getting better. About: I have grown up with dogs of my entire life, ranging from a mellow bichon frise to an energetic, mischievous husky! I have lots of experience is walking, feeding and just spending time with dogs. My schedule changes quite frequently, but as of now I typically have days off and work nights.
