About: In addition to owning and devoting my time to pets for decades, I am a retired special education teacher with plenty of love and patience. As a teacher, I provided dog therapy in my classrooms for nine years. I have cared for cats and dogs of all ages, including puppies and elderly dogs with health concerns. I also have experience with chickens. I am retired from teaching, and have thoroughly enjoyed spending more time with animals, while also providing a much needed service to pet owners. As a pet sitter, I offer in home pet care while families are away, and usually do only one job at a time so I can dedicate myself to your loved ones! I am open to pet sitting most days of the week and have had both short and long term pet sitting experience. I offer pet sitting in your home, which means your pets do not need to leave their environment or routine while you are away. I will follow any directions to a T!

About: I have been dog walking and pet sitting overnight for many years. I have a golden retriever and we love making new pet friends with all of our clients. Snuggles always included! We can go on several on-leash walks daily and work on leash walking skills. I work part time so I have plenty of time to care for and play with your pets. I am available daily walks and check-ins, as well as for overnight pet sitting any night of the week! You just tell me how you like your pets to be cared for and I’ll do exactly that! About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and love all animals. A lot of my friends and family have cats and I have also cared for them too. I love caring for all animals of all ages. I work 4 days out of the week until 5pm but am available otherwise or for overnight stays if needed. I thought working around that may work. I always let the animals come to me to ensure they feel safe and let them sniff me to get to know me. Then going from there I cook some for my senior dog so I am able to offer any special food needs or potty needs since all pets are different. I know animal cpr (learned just in case I also am trained in human cpr). I am very patient with all animals since they are all different and special.

About: I grew up on a cattle ranch raising all types of animals: hereford cattle, dairy cows, horses, suffolk sheep, dogs & puppies, cats & kittens, rabbits, and chickens. I'm comfortable caring for all types of pets. I'm working from home and set my own hours and schedule for getting my work/projects done. I am fortunate to have that flexibility right now and daily am out walking, hiking, or biking. I would be delighted to take your pet with me for plenty of sniffs and exercise! We have a large fenced yard and large deck that dogs love to explore! My husband may join me and your pet when his schedule allows. Regardless, I'm able to be physically present for your pet during the entirety of the time you need me to be. I am completely focused on your pet alone and only allow one pet at a time so they have individually focused caretaking and love!

About: I have spent my whole live having dogs and cats in my home and caring for other peoples animals as well. I’ve always had a dog and cats in my household and it just adds so much joy to my life. It’s something I’m very passionate about and have never met an animal that I don’t get along with!! I’m currently working part time in Aspen and really miss my own pets that are back home in Florida. I’ve always enjoyed taking care of pets as a part of my daily routine and would love to help others with doing the same. I have at least 3-4 free days a week to help anyone out! When it comes to the clients home I have plenty of experience being as hands on or hands off as the client prefers when it comes to their pets. When it comes to having pets at my own place I live in an extremely walkable area and have a very nice trail 5 minutes away for walks and exploring. My apartment is a very good size to have a pet over to hang out as well.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was around 10 years old. I’ve always loved caring for animals more than any other hobby. My pets have a very special place in my heart. I am able and willing to watch puppies, kittens, and senior animals. I have a large lab mix who is about 11 that I have thoroughly enjoyed caring for and loving my whole life. I also have 3 cats who I love to spend time with and give attention to. I’ve also cared for geckos, hamsters, chickens, fish and other small animals. Im currently in between jobs, I travel to Colorado every winter to work for a ski resort where I operate ski lifts. Pet care fits into my routine very easily right now, as I’m doing house/pet-sitting full time while in between jobs. When I am caring for pets in my own home I will watch your animals carefully and care for all of their needs. I have a huge wooded yard with access to lots of leashes and 2 small crates. In a clients home, I would do exactly what the client needs/wants and will always respect your property. Some things I offer are feeding, walking, exercising, playing with, washing, cleaning up after, and many more activities depending on what my client requires.

About: I am based in Carbondale, CO. I am currently pet/house sitting full time throughout the summer so I'm able to provide a high level of care for pets and homes throughout the valley! I've cared for my own dogs, roommates' dogs, friends' pets, Trusted Housesitter stays, and Rover sits over the past 10 years. I've cared for dogs from puppyhood to 13 years old. I've also cat-sat for friends, Trusted Housesitters, and Rover clients over the years. I'm happy to take them on walks, hikes, dog parks, and potty/play breaks throughout the day. The longest I've watched someone's pet was for 2 months, and I loved it! I'm also happy to take them camping if that's their jam. Feel free to reach out with any other questions! A note on transportation - I have a regular vehicle (Subaru Outback) in addition to my ambulance camper. I also have a bike I often enjoy cycling throughout the valley, so parking availability at your home should not be an issue. I currently am full time pet sitting for the summer. I am very attentive and love morning, midday, fetch, and evening walks. I can take them to the dog park or on hikes, or if they're good with bikes, I can take them on even longer run/bike rides. I am very respectful and clean when staying at a client's house. I treat it like my own (if not better). I love going for walks with your pup and keeping them on a leash. I also don't give in to the cute puppy eyes when I'm eating my food and keep them to their parents' approved food and treats.

About: I started out my pet-sitting business by taking care of people's home gardens when they left town. Many of my clients had pets and asked me to pet-sit while they were away. Over the years I have obtained many loyal clients who feel confident that their precious babies are being looked after with lots of loving attention. I am a caregiver at heart and I show my love by engaging with the animals, belly rubs, long walks and by anticipating needs! I take detailed notes of dietary requirements, allergies and other medical conditions and will very carefully cater to every need. I quickly bond with animals since I give my full love and attention and and go above and beyond to make them happy! I always miss the animals when I have to leave them!
