“It was a real surprise to be so informed about our pooch - Junyoung sent pics and she even bathed him (twice). I don’t even know how she handled that since it takes 2 ppl in our house to bathe our little man. It looks like he even got bed privileges judging from the pics- so our little man was treated better than in his own home. Junyoung is a rare person- she will treat your pooch as her own. We are grateful to have found her. She has the perfect, loving, clean space for your pooch.,”

“The family of Zicheng and Kennedy took care of Minnie so well. It was such a life saver during our long trip to know that Minnie was at good hand . We got photo updates showing all daily routine of walking , playing , sleeping. Medication also well administered as needed. Such a easy communication with them by Rover messages. I can tell Minnie was integrated as their family member.Kennedy was such a calm and lovely buddy. Minnie came back with us healthy and happy . Thanks again for your care. “Ivan was the best person to care for our temperamental, special needs dog, Otis. Otis is not comfortable with new people, but Ivan gave him his space, had patience with him and ultimately they became best buddies! My pup has Addisons disease and has an injured hind leg—Ivan took great care of him and made special accommodations for him so he would be comfortable and safe. It’s so obvious Ivan loves animals and has a kind heart for them. All these things allowed me and my partner the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our vacation knowing Otis was in such great hands. We would not hesitate to have Ivan care for our fur baby again. Thank you, Ivan!”

“We are very happy with how Liliane took care of our dog, Honey. We could tell during the meet and greet that Honey would have wonderful attention which helped us relax as she is very attached to her human parents. We do not often board Honey but our grandson is allergic to dogs so we needed to have a place for her to stay while we were visiting our son's family. We could tell Liliane was attentive and caring about Honey's needs throughout her stay. We received photos and messages frequently which we loved and helped us to know all was well. It made our day to hear the sound of another message/photo coming through! Honey had walks, a backyard to roam, and a buddy with Liliane's dog, Dodger. She didn't just feed him or change his litter; she really engaged in his favorite activities, like his peculiar fascination with chasing laser dots and lounging on sunny window sills. Ying's regular updates and photos kept us connected, capturing moments of our cat in his element, purring contentedly or stalking imaginary prey with the focus of a jungle predator. Our cat, usually wary of strangers, took to Ying with surprising ease, indicating the level of comfort and trust he felt in her presence. Ying went the extra mile to understand both babies' unique personality and needs. For instance, my cat has always been particular about his eating habits, preferring to nibble at his food throughout the day rather than finishing it all at once. Ying also noticed that Mundo tends to drink less water when he's not at home, which could be concerning, especially after playtime or on warmer days. To encourage him to stay hydrated, she placed multiple water bowls around her home and would gently lead him to one after his outdoor adventures or play sessions. Choosing Ying means choosing peace of mind. Knowing my pets are excited to see her and come back from their 'vacation' happier than ever is the greatest testament to her care. Ying truly loves and understands animals, going above and beyond in every aspect. I cannot recommend her enough and will always look to book with her for both my dog and cat. “Mike is the best Rover. He has so much experience with dogs, he figured out our dogs’ exact personalities within the first few days. He updated us with detailed texts, photos, and videos frequently, and gave us so much peace of mind! One of the dogs normally has bad separation anxiety but shockingly she was totally fine with Mike. We were able to relax on our vacation knowing our dogs were also having a good vacation :) We will 1000% be using Mike in the future.”
