“Cynthia did an amazing job with our four doggies and two kitties while we were away. Our youngest had a blow out in his crate and she was very gracious about. We felt absolutely terrible, but she got everything cleaned up including our “little” boy. She went above and beyond with little things like re-filling the cat waterer, giving them a can of wet food, mopping the floor, etc. She kept us apprised of everything with lots of pictures, it was just nice to feel completely at ease with her coming to take care of them and that is priceless! About: I’ve grown up around both dogs and cats, so caring for pets has always been a big part of my life. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and personalities, from energetic puppies and kittens to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away! About: Taking care of dogs and cats has been my specialty since I was a child! I have had 8 dogs of all kinds, as well as 10 cats, not including my grandmother’s. My family and neighbors would trust me to feed and water their pets while they were away. I am great at crating puppies and socializing feral/young kittens. It’s always a pleasure to brush or bathe pets depending on their size! I am working a part-time job at Petsmart so my day is already filled with furry faces! sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
