About: I’ve grown up around both dogs and cats, so caring for pets has always been a big part of my life. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and personalities, from energetic puppies and kittens to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away! As a graduate student, my schedule varies throughout the week, but I have the most flexibility during evenings and weekends. I enjoy fitting pet care into my routine and am happy to work with owners to make sure their pets get the care and attention they need! I care for each pet based on their normal routine and individual needs. In a client’s home, I’ll follow their instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications, and any other care they may need. Dog walking is great for their physical and mental health/improves their joints, and all around good therapy for me and your pet. Play time is also important. About: Hours of availability on the weekends, Friday 5pm-Sun 9pm. Possibly before 5 on fridays depending on location. I Love dogs, and have had 3 jack Russell terriers and 2 German short haired pointers and now 2 Labrador retrievers. I want to make it easy for pet owners to do things and not have to worry about their pet. I have also been in charge of the grooming(nails,bathing etc) since I was young. I feel I can tell how/what dogs want, they call me the dog whisperer. Just want all dogs/animals to love me :) We now adopted 3 kittens in the last 6 years since they always find us. Let me care for your dog/cat while you enjoy yourself. I have had other animals, not just dogs, as I care for animals in general(fish,guinea pigs, gerbils, rabbits, birds, cats). I have always been the dependable Neighbor and was always asked to watch the neighbors animals while they were away. I know how hard it is to find a caring person to watch your pet, instead of a kennel. I also have had to give my first dog insulin shots 2xs a day, also have given her medicine daily. About: I don't have a ton of experience with pet-sitting, but I LOVE animals. My two cats are my life, and I always do what I can to ensure they are happy in their forever home. I've always grown up with animals in my home, so adding some more fur-rends (please laugh) temporarily is always welcome. My days are usually very open, since I just graduated high school. I'm mostly doing this as a summer gig, since I'll be off to college come August. I have a fenced yard and two cats! They are very shy around other animals/people, but are in general very friendly. About: I’ve taken care of many dogs of all ages and sizes since I was young and none have given me any trouble. I don’t mind picking up messes that any dog might make. I absolutely love playing with them and taking them on walks. I doordash as my job so my availability is 100% open to any kind of needs your dog has. I pick what hours I work with door dash but normally I’ll door dash throughout the day then come home for the day around 5. Although when watching any animal I tend to switch up my hours so I can make sure your pup is getting all the love and attention it needs. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
