Alexa agreed to help us last minute after our original sitter had to cancel due to a personal emergency. She provided great care for our two dogs during her drop in visits. She played ball and sent several pictures of them throughout the weekend. She went above and beyond by reaching out after our duck was locked out of the chicken coop after dark, even though she was not responsible for our chickens and ducks care. We highly recommend Alexa for any pet sitting needs.

Alexa did a wonderful job with Rocket over the weekend and the place looked fantastic upon returning, Rocket, while being a good boy did have an upset tummy one night and also decided to go after a pillow. Alexa just took care of both situations and communicated what happened. I was very happy with how she dealt with both, neither of which was from something she did. Bottom line I recommend her 100% and would totally rebook again.

I reached out to Alexa last minute and she responded back almost immediately and worked with me on 1 days notice, she was very polite and understanding of my situation, while I was at work she gave me updates and a picture of my dogs which gave me relief knowing someone was able to let my dogs out, I'm going to continue to be a repeat customer and I recommend her professionalism to anyone in need of pet care in the area.

This was my wife's and I first time booking with Rover. We had a meet and greet everything seemed okay. The day comes for her to walk our dogs the morning walk was okay. She stated " the kitchen door was open when she got to out home and that she locked and closed it prior to leaving." We get a text and call for the second walk claiming that our dog is missing and the door is open. The door she claimed to have locked. She questioned us asking if we have a other people live here, it seemed like she was insinuating that we got robbed. She also stated that she didnt steal the dog that she didnt need another. Rather than trying to keep us calm and fogure it out she made the situation so much worse! We have had this dog for quite some time now and he has never opened up a door that was locked. The pure negligence of this walker is absurd. Also the fact that we had to call muiltple times to rover to get something initiated was terrible! PLEASE NEVER USE THIS DOG WALKER!!!

Alexa was incredible! She made me feel comfortable leaving my old man. This was one of the only times he has not been left with someone outside of family. I was at ease thanks to Alexa!

Alexa M. was so kind. She took great care of our dog and our cat! She handled our 'nervous' pup very well and was not put off by our cat's issues. We had a lovely weekend away and it was so nice to know our furry friends were well cared for!
