“Cynthia is amazing! She went over and above my expectations. She took great care of our diabetic kitty, our bunny, guinea pigs and goldfish. She posted at every check in with pictures and updates. She even watered my garden during 90 degree days. Such a sweetheart! I will definitely continue to use her service, dependable, reliable, on point with great care. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have found her!!”

“Lindsay was INCREDIBLY attentive and even made a makeshift barrier for one of our kitties that needed to stay downstairs and separated from our other cat while we were on vacation. She's an angel and always gave us really nice updates on our fur babies. We would recommend her in a heartbeat and absolutely book her again to watch our cats.”

“David is very responsible. He takes our pup (Eros) out on many walks. David always takes great care of our pup and sends lots of pictures. Eros always enjoys his time with David. David has been our dog walker for over a year now and we are glad we found him.”

About: I don't have a ton of experience with pet-sitting, but I LOVE animals. My two cats are my life, and I always do what I can to ensure they are happy in their forever home. I've always grown up with animals in my home, so adding some more fur-rends (please laugh) temporarily is always welcome. My days are usually very open, since I just graduated high school. I'm mostly doing this as a summer gig, since I'll be off to college come August. I have a fenced yard and two cats! They are very shy around other animals/people, but are in general very friendly. The yard is huge, with a ton of space for an animal to run around and play.
“We were very happy with Ronny, he took great care of our dog Daisy who is a bit hyper at times. She usually doesn't do well with strangers but took to him almost immediately. In addition to that he communicated with us frequently and sent pictures from all his visits with her.”

“Elise is seriously the best of the best. I’ve been using her as a sitter since 2024. There have been a few occasions that I have had to send a last minute request and she is always accommodating”

About: I truly believe that pets are part of the family and am here to treat yours as my own. I am the first person my friends turn to when they need a sitter, and have both hosted dogs in my house and stayed with them in their own. I also enjoy pet visits and walks! I work as a teacher, so most of my availability is on the weekend and during summer months, although I am available for evening visits or walks during the week. I have a large fenced in yard that is great for running and playing and live in a neighborhood ideal for walks. I have a large crate available, if your dog’s routine includes crating. My own golden retriever would love to be friends with and keep your pet company! While I allow pets on my furniture and beds, I will follow the rules established for your pet. Your pet will receive plenty of love and attention!
“Chloe did a great job with our ducks! They were happy and healthy when we got back. She went above and beyond when it ended up being colder than expected. I appreciate all the pictures she sent and the care that she gave them. We would book with her again!”
“Kiah has been doing a great job with our active German Shepherd! She keeps us up to date on what they do when she comes to let her out and is very easy to work with. I highly recommend her!”

“Kitty crew all loved her. My oldest cat is normally my judge of good babysitters because of her skittish nature. Natalie had her out of hiding and playing on the first visit. Mira doesn't even come out of hiding for my family (and she used to live with them).”

About: Hi, I'm Kiran! With over a decade of experience caring for my three dogs and various pets like birds and bunnies, I truly love animals. Your pets will be in great hands with me! I am currently a student at Wilmington University and am available anytime after 11 a.m. due to lacrosse practice. Also I am available for house sitting overnight Since I have pets of my own. I only offer services at client homes. But I have lots of experience and will spend time throughout the day with your pet playing with them, feeding them and giving them water.
“Jill was amazing. Her communication prior to and during her visits were great. She flawlessly dealt with some unexpected issues with our puppy (an accident and several escapes from the pen😂) and even helped out with our cat who was supposed to be taken care of by a neighbor. Highly recommend her.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. From untrained and accident prone puppies to mature Great Danes, I’ve walked, watched, visited, and stayed with them all! I currently walk and sit dogs/cats for a lil side hustle. Once Summer starts, I hope to keep hanging out with pets to make some extra money! I’m a very flexible person. If your dog needs to be hand fed or sleep in my bed, I have no problems! I’ll do mostly anything to make sure your dog is comfortable while you’re away!

About: Taking care of dogs and cats has been my specialty since I was a child! I have had 8 dogs of all kinds, as well as 10 cats, not including my grandmother’s. My family and neighbors would trust me to feed and water their pets while they were away. I am great at crating puppies and socializing feral/young kittens. It’s always a pleasure to brush or bathe pets depending on their size! I am working a part-time job at Petsmart so my day is already filled with furry faces! But I will still have plenty of days where I can come take care of your puppy or kitty! My schedules are usually two weeks out so I have plenty of notice of when I am free. Contact me of a day when you’d like me to care for your pet and I will let you know the earliest I am available that day! Unfortunately I am not in a position to invite pets into my home… I am figuring out my living situation and will update this section when I have a suitable place for pets to visit!
About: My family got our dog when I was 6 and have had cats my whole life. I've always been in love with taking care of animals. I've taken care of family and friends dogs and cats while they were away on vacation and have lots of experience. I also have my own pup who’s 7 months old and a 4 year old cat. My schedule is very flexible. With the right amount of notice, I can always work with you to accommodate your scheduling needs. Let me know how I can help. I will make sure you don't have any specific instructions for your pet. I will provide long walks and play time. I will provide your pet with a safe environment as if it were you there with them.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of July 2026, there are 965 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Zions View. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Zions View. On Rover:
- 97% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 98% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 97% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
