My own little orange kitty has many medical adventures—so I’m also very used to administering medicine to cats. I have flexibility in my work hours and can work around routine meetings - allowing for flexibility when caring for our loved ones! I know some furballs need more together time than others so also have a job where I can work virtually too! We received multiple updates a day with multiple photos which definitely put us at ease since one of our dogs can sometimes shut down a little while we are away. Alexa did a wonderful job with Rocket over the weekend and the place looked fantastic upon returning, Rocket, while being a good boy did have an upset tummy one night and also decided to go after a pillow. Alexa just took care of both situations and communicated what happened. I was very happy with how she dealt with both, neither of which was from something she did. Bottom line I recommend her 100% and would totally rebook again.
Ronny went above and beyond; he communicated daily, providing lots of details on the boys' well-being as well as plenty of videos and photos that made it easier to be away from them. I was able to truly be away and enjoy my vacation, knowing that our pups were having their own fun vacation as well. Ronny genuinely cares about the animals he cares for, and that is evident in everything he does. We will be booking with Ronny again for our next vacation, and I know our boys will be thrilled to see him again.
