He responded promptly and was more than willing to come by for a meet and greet, which immediately put us at ease. From the moment he walked in the door, our cats were comfortable with him which is not always the case. Ronny took his time answering all of our questions and asked thoughtful questions of his own. Even though we admittedly have a very detailed list of instructions, he did an amazing job remembering all the little things and checking in regularly with messages and photos throughout his stay. It was clear that Ronny genuinely cared about making sure our cats were happy, comfortable, and well loved while we were away. He was also incredibly respectful of our home, leaving everything exactly as we left it. He even went above and beyond by offering to clear our driveway after an unexpected snowfall. All vacation long she was in touch with updates, questions if necessary and just a photo or two of our boys to make us smile knowing they were ok. We enjoyed our vacation without much worry knowing they were in our home rather than a kennel and being taken care of. I was a little nervous originally to leave him with someone new. However, we met Kayla prior to the dog sitting and really liked her so felt very comfortable with having Kayla watch Charlie. She did such a fantastic job- I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was able to stay with Charlie for as long as we needed, gave me frequent updates (and pictures/videos 😍), did everything that I had suggested but didn’t necessarily expect to do in one day-play games with him, walk him, and give him treats. She also followed all of my directions which I really appreciate. Kayla gave my guy so much love and attention, I didn’t even feel guilty for leaving him. He was in great hands! Kayla was the perfect sitter for us and I will be for sure requesting her again for any other needs in the future.”

“This would be a 6 star review if I could! Natalie was a super star from start to finish. She took good notes during our meet and greet and our pups really took to her. I mean they swarmed her as soon as she got of our car and followed her around the whole time she was visiting. She took great care of our babies during the weekend and checked in with photos and updates regularly. We knew from the beginning they were in good hands and that feeling never wavered. She took great care of our home as well. Her little touches like taking out the garbage, and bringing in packages were appreciated. Natalie is everything you want in a pet sitter.
