About: Hi! I’m a lifelong cat lover and a proud dog owner since 2019. I currently care for my sweet cat Brownie, who’s taught me a lot through his health journey (allergies, kidney stones, special diets—you name it!), and my two big dogs, Cooper and Ringo, who keep life fun and full of energy. My late pup Roscoe, who passed in 2024, also left a big paw print on my heart. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience with daily care, administering meds (pills, eye drops, ointments), managing chronic conditions, and just tuning into each pet’s unique personality and needs. I’m honest, dependable, and treat every animal like they’re my own. Whether your pet is playful or shy, easygoing or high-needs, I’ll make sure they feel safe, seen, and loved. I work from home, so I’m typically available throughout the day to give your pets plenty of love and attention. I'm out of the house one day a week for a homeschool community, but the rest of the week, I'm home and happy to dote on your fur babies! Your pet will feel right at home here! We have a fully fenced yard, two friendly dogs, a sweet cat, and even an outdoor bunny—so there’s always company to keep things lively. Our dog door lets pups safely come and go to the backyard for squirrel-watching, rolling in the grass, or taking care of business whenever they need. I don’t require crates—my dogs are free-range and typically sleep on the floor in my bedroom. My daughter often invites visiting dogs to snuggle with her at night, and the couches are fair game for naps or bedtime cuddles. I’m happy to follow your pet’s routine and make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while they’re here.

“Raven was exhausted at the end of the day, and ready to go home and snore in her crate. Thanks, Skylar!”

About: Hello everyone! Yes I'm back again! I've handled all kinds of animals Just ask! I do the best I can. I was taught as a child to do it (whatever job)correctly and completely the 1st time! Or do it again. When there's NO ONE to ask, pick me! I've got your back 🥂 I'm not working but I have a house and family to care for as well, I put your home/ pets in my rotation/ schedule. I handle your pets needs then go home to handle my home for a bit then I return and so on. Ie, dinner for my family then I return.(for stay overs) Currently not accepting other pets in MY home. I prefer to care for your animals in their/ your home. It helps the process go smoother for them I feel. Otherwise they are a bit more confused and feel abandoned. It's sad, but IF we stay at your home I have found through my experience. It helps your pet feel a bit more at ease 💓

About: I have always had animals in my life, one of the lucky kids of parents who loved animals. I have been breeding Maltese, Shih Tzu and Malshi puppies for the past 12 years, not as a business but more of a hobby and the awesomeness of having babies around all the time, so many snuggles such little time. It was always a lot of work, lots of sleepless nights but worth every minute. Most of the puppies are residing with friends and family, people we know. I'm versed in dog emergency and how to avoid them, my dogs are all very friendly and play well with others. The yard is fenced and sectioned away from any gates. The dogs get to run free outside through a doggie door and are restricted inside to a large dog area with food, water and heated beds. I don't work a normal 9-5 job which allows me to have some flexibility in my schedule to be able to help you with your puppies. Your puppies will be very secure, the back yard is sectioned off blocking any outside gates. I keep all the dog dishes clean and full so there is no food aggression. There are lots of comfy clean beds, for the pups to sleep in. There are lots of toys to play with and lots of treats to be had. I try to provide a very loving and calm environment for the puppies and make them feel at home.

“Marina took such great care of my little puppy. My pup had so much fun with her and Marina made sure she got plenty of attention. We’ll definitely be back :)”

“It puts my mind at ease to know that Oliver is happy and well cared for while he is staying with Rachel. He happily walks up to her when I drop him off and I appreciate the pictures she sends of him during the day.”

About: I have taken care of a variety of animals my entire life growing up on a farm. I have been a Licensed Veterinary Technician for 24 years. I work part-time remotely and part-time in a vet clinic. I am looking to supplement my income while still working my current part-time jobs. I work Monday through Wednesday remotely. Then I'm working Thursday and Friday in a Veterinary Hospital. I'm mostly available Friday night through early Thursday morning. I have 4 dogs, 2 outdoor cats, 2 horses, and 15 chickens. I can easily separate dogs as needed with a secure large backyard. Our entire property is 5 acres completely fenced and cross fenced. My husband can easily take care of our animals if I'm away from the house.

About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life from dogs, cats, horses, chickens, and I’ve had experience with goats, sheep, cows, exc. I helped someone who had dogs that had puppies and that was challenging but an amazing experience. I’ve got lots of love and experience with all different dog breeds & temperaments. I currently have dogs, cats, and chickens of my own! I am currently a stay at home parent to two kiddos. One is in school so I’m not available during drop off or pick up. I’m not available most Tuesdays or Thursdays from 7-4 p.m. but available after that. I have a fenced yard at home but I do live in the woods and have some bit of land that is not immediately fenced off. I always keep a close watch on my pets daytime or nighttime and I would do the same for yours if they were at my home. I would follow the pet owners lead and what they feel is best for their pets at their own home and do my best to go above & beyond meeting the fur baby needs/owners needs.

“The best sitter so far; her place is brand new and easy to locate, her dog is now Akki’s BFF, and we will definitely recommend her to all whom travel through Yelm, and especially to those who live here:)”
