“I really appreciate Darby's stance on dominance upon arrival, she deals with no bull! And I felt my pup was secure during her daily visits at Darbys home, with walks and suitable interaction with other pups at her home, I had no complaints. My pup was fed her meals as requested and Darby went the extent to clean the containers I brougjt homemade meals in for feeding, so I hadnt needed to worry about that after a long day! I respect Darby's stance even if off stanish to start.”

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life. From high energy terriers and pointers to relaxed Labradors. I currently am the proud owner of two Cocker Spaniels, Moon and Minnow. If you're dog doesn't like the company of other dogs, I am happy to take them on a private nature walk or stay in the safety of our fenced yard. We are a work from couple, with atleast one of us at the house at all times. My partner and I work remotely full time. We enjoy taking our dog Moon on a morning, lunch, and evening walk or run each day. We enjoy a spacious home with a fenced in yard. The ground floor provides lots of indoor space and hardwood floors that are easy to clean up from mud to accidents. If you're pet is accustomed to being on furniture, don't worry that is fine with us too!

About: I have had dogs and cats nearly all of my 36 years. I have experience with walking and caring for dogs from 5 lbs to 150 lbs. I currently have a beautiful male pit bull boxer mix that loves other dogs as well. My children, ages 4 years and 9 years both love animals and would love to play with your pets! I have a very flexible schedule and enjoy going for walks. As a stay at home mother I am glad to earn some income while easing the stresses of having to be away from your pets while working or travelling. We've spent years walking, boarding, and caring for dogs in our neighborhood, often hosting overnight stays so our sweet 4-year-old girl Poppy can have a playmate. Poppy loves meeting new friends and would be thrilled to welcome your dog into our home—though she insists on a quick meet-and-greet first (just to make sure it’s love at first sniff). We’ve also cared for dogs long-term, including a full month with an energetic one-year-old, so we’re ready for anything. While we’re new to Rover, we’ve got plenty of off-the-record experience and can’t wait to officially join the community! Pet care fits naturally into our daily lives—one of us works from home full-time, so there's usually someone around for walks, cuddles, and attention throughout the day. The other works evenings and most weekends but is free during weekday mornings, which means we're flexible for pickups, drop-offs, and mid-morning strolls. We're also home most weekends, including holiday weekends. Between the two of us, your dog will get lots of love, attention, and care around the clock. When we board dogs in our home, we focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment. We typically feed visiting pups separately just to avoid any tummy troubles or food-related tension. We're happy to follow your preferences when it comes to sleeping arrangements; Poppy usually snoozes in bed with us or on the couch downstairs, so we’re flexible depending on what makes your dog feel at home. We’re generally homebodies who love cozy evenings with our dog, but Poppy is also an adventurer—she is a regular at Patterson Park, Checkerspot Brewery, Ovenbird Bakery, and occasionally Downs Dog Beach or nearby hikes. If your pup enjoys outings, we'd love to bring them along—but if they prefer a more relaxed pace, we’re just as happy snuggling up on the couch.

About: I’m a mature and experienced animal lover, I’ve had many animals through the years and that I have personally owned from dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and horses. Referrals available upon request I have done pet sitting for friends and family through the years and I’m home everyday to care for your animals. I have received many referrals for the quality of care and affection I give to their animals. My experience with animals and my fully fenced backyard and a clean non smoking family home in a nice neighborhood in Olympia/lacey area is ideal for pet sitting. We lost our beautiful and sweet Bernese mountain dog recently so I would love to petsit to have some dog love . No dogs allowed that show aggression to people or others dogs. About: I have been taking care of animals my whole life. I have a genuine love for being near animals and taking care of them because they brighten my day. I am currently in college I want to try to make pet sitting a part time job so I can save up for my future. The apartment comples I live in has a dog park where a lot of dogs go and have fun, if there is any type of schedule by the owner/owners I would follow it. I usually try to relax on my free time, reading books and enjoying art, my hobbies give me time to take care of and play with the animals that I care for. The doors are locked unless I or someone with a key unlocks them, i make sure that the dogs have a leash on before I open the door and that there are no cats near the door to run out.
