About: Animal lover here! I take very good care of dogs of all kinds as demonstrated by my volunteer and pet sitting experience. I have volunteered at shelters with scared dogs large and small, fostered and trained shelter puppies, was a babysitter for puppy raisers with Guide Dogs for the Blind and served client families as a professional pet sitter. My role for others' fur babies is to provide care so that they have their needs met in their parents' absence. I am a great surrogate parent! I like to keep dog routines continued to minimize stress on pets and their people. For parents that don't have the time or for dogs that can use additional exercise, I can take dogs out for walks. I have also been a cat mom of 4 at once and love cats too! I have my dog, Brodie, and my routine revolves around him. I make sure he gets the memtal and physical stimulation and exercise he needs to be healthy and happy. I want to help my clients and pets with this as well for their families. I have a fenced yard and very dog-friendly set up at home. At client's homes, I respect the space and help pets feel secure in their routines with attention and care.

“My pup is very fearful of new situations but seemed to do fine with Darby. We're going to go back this week and hopefully my pup will get more comfortable. Darby seems knowledgeable about fearful dogs and giving them time to relax. Fingers crossed that my girl will relax and enjoy herself!”

About: I have had dogs and cats nearly all of my 36 years. I have experience with walking and caring for dogs from 5 lbs to 150 lbs. I currently have a beautiful male pit bull boxer mix that loves other dogs as well. My children, ages 4 years and 9 years both love animals and would love to play with your pets! I have a very flexible schedule and enjoy going for walks. As a stay at home mother I am glad to earn some income while easing the stresses of having to be away from your pets while working or travelling. Please contact me with any questions you may have so I can start helping you and your pets today! As a stay at home mom I am quite flexible. Other than drop off and pick up times for school I am open and free. I am always cautious with new animals and slow to introduce my pets to yours if it becomes necessary. Taking cues from the animals and soft confident speech are the way to go.

“This was my first time my one year-old Australian terrier was using daycare or being boarded. Both he and I love Allison and her lab. The dogs got along very well because her pup is so sweet. He was very tolerant of a speedy short dog zooming around him. Allie made me feel extremely comfortable with leaving him.”

“Caitlin has been amazing with Nai’a! Though Nai’a is an anxious pup, she liked Caitlin instantly when we met the first time. Since then Nai’a has stayed over at Caitlin’s a few times and once Caitlin watched her at our house. One of the biggest challenges with Nai’a is that she runs away from her sitters. But, with Caitlin it’s finally been working out well and I feel so relieved to have found a regular sitter! Caitlin sends photos regularly and Nai’a seems to have fun at her house with her pups. My experience with animals and my fully fenced backyard and a clean non smoking family home in a nice neighborhood in Olympia/lacey area is ideal for pet sitting. We lost our beautiful and sweet Bernese mountain dog recently so I would love to petsit to have some dog love . No dogs allowed that show aggression to people or others dogs.
