We can’t thank David enough for giving so much love and taking such good care of our 13 year Dauchaund with separation anxiety. We had driven up in our RV with our dog from California. We needed someone who was willing to keep him comforted while we attended HS reunion events in Lacey. Thanks David for working with us. We both appreciate you.
Ben seemed to have a great time!
I knew our rescue would be in good hands with David. Communication along the way was perfect. My dog got along well with his pups and David was very patient in helping my shy pup to feel comfortable in a new place. David genuinely shows interest in the dogs under his care and it shows.
Petrie has spent two days at Dave’s house, happy with the service and she is tired when she comes home so she must be playing a lot!😊

I am currently volunteering part time with Thurston County animal services, which allows me a lot of time do walk, play and board your dog.

I exclusively practice positive reinforcement with all dogs I encounter. You get better results by treating animals with respect, understanding and kindness. My yard is fenced and safe too. All I ask is that you let me know if the dog is a digger or escape artist so I can plan accordingly.

A typical day
A typical day includes walking, playing in backyard and whatever the dog desires. Twice daily feeding (unless told otherwise) I try to provide a restful, low stress environment in an effort to reduce any feeling of separation anxiety.
