About: I‘ve always had a pet growing up from dogs, to guinea pigs, to more dogs, to chickens, to a cat and now many golden retrievers. I’ve house sat for a couple with 18 cats and 2 dogs multiple times with one kitty who needed a daily shot. I’ve house sat for a couple with a pot belly pig who was house trained! I like to make sure the daily routine of your animal is as close to it usually is. I keep dogs on leashes no matter what when on walks! And usually keep them contained when loading anything in or out to avoid any running away/chasing them around kind of drama. Anything you recommended to me or want me to do I will make sure happens to ensure your pets & home are safe. For boarding I have a very large fenced back yard with a locked gate which is the only access outside. There's also neighborhoods around with side walks for walks. I do have a hotel styled lock at the top of my front door that makes it impossible for the kids to accidentally open it and let any animals out. I also usually for boarding attach an air tag to the animal while they are at my house for extra precaution. No such thing as too safe!
“I am an overprotective veterinary professional/Karen here... so I'm shocked that I found someone I'm so confident saying this about, but... Jennifer could NOT be a better, safer, more reliable, more loving, more careful and cautious pet sitter. My best friend and I were in Olympia for a few days recently for an event, and I needed somewhere for my three beautiful black crazies to be for that day. I'd spoken with some other pet sitters, but wasn't impressed, and I was getting more and more stressed out about it. Luckily, at the 13th hour, someone my daughter works with recommended Jennifer. As soon as we walked into her home, I knew I'd found my "person". Her entire house is set up to be a doggie Disneyland. Her yard is ENORMOUS, fully enclosed, and has natural ground. (Which is great, because I always worry about ACL injuries when dogs are running on concrete or slippery grass.) Within the first 10 minutes of being there, my autistic adult dog relieved herself completely, which she hadn't done throughout the prior three days we were traveling. And then... the most amazing thing of all... she started ZOOMING around the yard! I have had her for five years, and had never seen her like that before. She was like a bullet, flying through the air, unstoppable in her joy and speed. Her puppy brothers struggled to keep up with her, but couldn't. It was one of the most beautiful things I'd ever seen. I felt so, so comfortable leaving my three babies with her. I'd never felt that comfortable with anyone. Beyond that, Jennifer was friendly and incredibly flexible. It's clear she really loves dogs. I told her that if I ever make the 1,000-plus mile trip again, it would be so that my dogs could visit her, and NOT so that I could see my daughter. Joking...? I think not. Thank you, Jennifer! My schedule is open all week Sunday-Saturday depending on availability. Reach out to schedule a meet and greet! I will not be offering stays at my house, but I can do house sitting. For house sitting please message me what dates/time you’re needing. I have made exceptions for last minute bookings when I’m available. At our meet and greet I’ll ask what their normal routines are and all their likes and dislikes. Please be aware that I may need to leave once a day during the weekdays my spouse works to let my doggo out, and possibly my regular drop ins depending when scheduled. To keep those away times at minimum please book far in advance so I can decline any extra clients. At my home our routine is; wake up, morning potty, enjoy a human-grade breakfast, another potty break, nap in mom's office. Playtime kicks in around noon, followed by post-lunch potty and another nap. We then join mom in her office, demanding attention, before yet another nap until the next break. Potty, Dinner, and Cuddles. Then one last potty before bed. We’re kinda couch potatoes in our home.

About: I have been taking care of Dogs, Cats, and small Reptiles for a combined 10 years. I love to snuggle on the couch, go for walks, and chase the local squirrels. I have a full time time job my hours are 5am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday I also have a small gig job that ranges in schedule, will communicate hours when necessary. My two cats are pretty laid back, other than needing pets 24/7. Growing up and have had to manage many different types of pets, from super hyper and playful to couch potatoes.

Finn has anxious behaviors, so she asked many questions to make sure his stay was comfortable when he stayed. When Finn had his overnight, she sent multiple updates with pictures. She had toys for finn that he loved and he loved relaxing on her couch. It was a home away from home. We’re very grateful it went so well.”
