Sophie works 2pm to 10pm a few days a week, her schedule is different every week. Since our schedules are opposite and Sophie has a bit more free time, one of us is always available to spend a good amount of time with your pet. The first thing we do when taking care of our own pets, or others pets, is let them out to go to the bathroom. Next, we prioritize feeding and medicating (if necessary) and cleaning and refilling all water bowls. Once everything important is taken care of, we then spend quality time with them, whether it’s playing fetch, cuddling or going for a walk. Before we leave, we make sure we let them back outside for a good while to make sure they take care of all of their business.

About: I have pet sit all kinds of animals since I was 10, including dogs, cats, lizards, rabbits, frogs, turtles, you name it. I have always lived with a dog since I was born, and also have two adopted cats. I have raised chickens and ducks from hatchlings and cared for goats. I have been pet sitting for over 12 years; I used to have dogs come board with me while owners went away, but I've found that most owners prefer their pets to stay in the comfort of their own home. I have years of experience doing overnight pet sitting, but unfortunately my growing family (3 dogs and a cat of my own) no longer allows for me to stay away from home overnight. Working at a dog boarding facility for nearly 2 years I have had to give many forms of medications, and my personal pets also take oral medications. I am not trained to give injections. My full time job allows me to work from home majority of the week. That makes it easy for me to swing by for a visit at different times of the day. The latest drop in I can provide is 7pm. I am happy to provide updates as soon as I arrive, during the stay, and as I leave. For dog walks, I prefer not to introduce any dog that I’m handling to another dog passing by. This ensures everyone’s safety.

About: I’ve helped train dogs and i work with camp bow wow working with dogs on the daily, i also went to a technical school working with all types of animals as well! i love giving enrichment time and getting to know all types of dogs I’m working part time so after work and days I don’t work i’m able to come and help, i can also make adjustments if needed I don’t usually do help from my home but I can come to others home to help out, I love to make every animal feel safe and comfortable

About: I have been a consistent volunteer with multiple shelters and a pet sitter over the past 4 years taking care of animals of different backgrounds. About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 10. I worked at a doggy daycare and an animal hospital for almost a year. I’m comfortable with all types of animals, including exotics, and can deal with all kinds of temperaments and medical needs. Currently I attend University of Delaware as a pre-veterinary medicine major. I am available 7 days and week and throughout the - I occasionally work at a dog boarding facility but shifts are usually no longer than 7 hours I am comfortable coming to other houses and doing overnight stays as well, which I have done before for clients.
