“Our Ella loves it when Anne and Joaquin sit at our place. We appreciate all the love and comfort she receives and we know our house is safe and sound.”

“Elena was truly amazing in every sense of the word. Our babies loved her and she loved them. She made us feel comfortable while we were away from them for the first time in a long time and sent us so many updates and pictures! It was our puppy’s first vacation and Elena took the utmost care of her (and all of our fur babies). I’d so highly recommend her to foranyone at any time. We cannot wait to have her come stay again.”

“Robert was wonderful! He was on time, very kind and took special care with our elderly and blind dachshund. She needs extra attention on walks and outside around our pool, he was very patient and understanding with this. He provided photos and detailed updates on how she was doing. Our house was spotless and our dog was calm and content when we arrived back home. We will be booking Rob for future dates.”

About: My names Chris. I’m 33 years old. I’m a caring person as I work at an elementary school k-5. Needless to say, I have patients. I decided to put my love for pets to the test with your help. I’ve lived with three dogs for about 10 years of my life till I l moved out of my parents house. When two passed I couldn’t get another, so here I am Giraffes are my favorite animals. Always free because it’s summer and I don’t work. I have free time. It’s summer and teachers don’t work haha. So as a side gig hopefully turned full time I’d like to watch your pets and show them the love they deserve while you’re away. I’m a huge animal lover. I’ve taken care of dogs for many years and love a big one as I’m tall. Small dogs are cute too! Don’t have a dog well I’ve lived with snakes and tortoises. What ever animal you have I’m sure I’ll be a good fit to learn and understand how to care for them as you would
“Mercedes did a great job and went above and beyond to care for our dogs. Even going as far as making sure we had a clean home to come home to after traveling. We will definitely book with her in the future!”

“This was our first time using rover. What a great experience. Cris was wonderful. She stayed two nights with our two dogs at our house. She sent lots of updates this made my anxiety about being away from my babies go away. She is better at getting pictures of my dogs then I ever have been. She went above and beyond with caring for them. She left the house spotless. We where greatful she took the booking considering it was less then 6 hours notice. Thank you so much for everything Cris we look forward to having you watch our babies again.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Adriane! I was out of the country for two weeks and she took such good care of Charlie. She shared updates and photos every day. He had recently lost his brother and had never been apart from him in almost 12 years. It was also the longest time I’ve ever left him so I was extremely anxious about leaving him. Our flight was also delayed an extra day and she was flexible and offered to stay until we returned. The house was immaculate when we returned as well. It was so nice to be able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about Charlie. Adriane will always be my first choice for a sitter from now on.”

“Krystal A. was awesome! My dog fell in love with her so quickly and he is very shy. She did a great job paying attention to him and keeping him on his normal routine. I hope to book her again soon.”

“We were very pleased with Kristina and the care she provided for our two dogs. She was very communicative during her stay sending lots of photos and updates. Our house was left clean and ready for our arrival. We will surely be a returning client!”

“Kim did an amazing job! Our puppy got sick the night before she helped watch him for a week and she did a phenomenal job with him. Will definitely reach out anytime we need a sitter”

“Nellie did a great job house sitting for my two dogs and two cats. Both the dogs and the cats seemed happy and relaxed when I came back, and she was able to stay an extra night when my return flight was cancelled. I received pictures and updates throughout my trip.”

“Great experience with Josh— responsive, kind, caring and responsible. We have a full house over here with one particularly complicated big dog and he juggled the crew really well and everyone was happy upon my return. I appreciated him asking questions and keeping me updated throughout the trip! He even offered to stay later to feed them if I got back later than originally anticipated. I look forward to booking again! Thanks Josh!!”

About: A true professional will provide you with unparalleled peace of mind so you can focus on family, fun or work while traveling. I'm Brit, an independently insured pet sitter and local Tucsonan. Pet sitting is my full time job! Booking with me will make it as easy and stress free as possible to be away from your beloved pet(s). The Kitty Cottage is a lovely garden studio where your feline friends can relax in peace without the worries of traditional boarding solutions that involve sharing ventilation and space with pets from other households. It has 128 sqft of floor space as well as a 32 sqft loft. The cottage has been designed for excellent bird watching opportunities from every level - floor, cat furniture and loft. Accessibility can be modified based on your kitties' needs. Cats of all personalities and physical ability love the climate-controlled cottage overlooking a garden which hosts many birds, butterflies, and lizards daily. We have every kind of pet enrichment to offer so your cat will benefit from novel, mentally satisfying experiences every single day! Music made for cats softly plays throughout the day, with the soundtrack changed daily. A tablet plays games and videos for them. New toys, tunnels and rugs are brought in daily to provide novelty. The kitty cottage will be your cat's ultimate vacation! I am very comfortable caring for diabetic and aging or grumpy cats and my calm energy puts them at ease. Everything in the cottage can be moved or modified to suit kitties with mobility issues. Your beloved furry companion(s) will be happy and well cared for if you trust them with me! I visit the cottage several times a day, depending on your cat's social and medical needs. Frequent visits provide kitties with plenty of time to play, give and receive affection, engage with enrichment items, and enjoy some human company. Mealtimes and medications will be followed to the letter. Your cat will also see me in the backyard throughout the day, and I also check in on them via camera. The camera records all movement so I can review every moment of your kitty's day, ensuring they always have fresh food, water, and litterboxes. Camera access is available via the Ring app so you can check in on your kitty throughout their stay. Pet parents will receive professional-quality photos from every visit each day, as well as a 5+ minute video showcasing the highlights of your cat's day. If preferred, I can send clips throughout each day showing the highlights of their vacation in the cottage. Pickup and drop-off are free anywhere within 20 miles of Ina/Thornydale, but please note that I will not assist in finding or catching kitties for pickup. Cat(s) must already be in their carrier or crate at the pickup time scheduled. The standard cancellation policy may apply if your pet is not ready or able to be safely transported to the cottage. The cottage is safely situated behind locked gates on private property, and only accessible for dropoff or pickup with a scheduled appointment. A fee of $10/hour will be charged if pet parents are late for pickup. Circumstances requiring an exception to these stipulations must be discussed prior to booking, otherwise our standard fee and cancellation policies may apply. As for more info about me: I began cat sitting at 6 years old when I offered to feed my next door neighbor's cat lunch and scoop his litter box every weekday in exchange for a jar of dill pickles per week. Since then I have provided routine, kitten and elder care for the feline companions of friends, family and clients. I have 5 cats of my own who live in our main house, and being their Mom is a great source of joy in my life. Each has a unique personality and their own routine with me throughout the day, and I love spoiling them! Booking me will enable you to focus on fun, family or work while away because you have countless Instagram-worthy photos, lengthy high-quality videos and detailed notes from every single drop-in that really highlight the professional level of care your pets are receiving. When you contact me for a booking, I will want to know absolutely anything and everything you can tell me about your pet. Health history, personality, likes, dislikes, quirks, and concerns are especially important! There is no detail too small. There is no other boarding or drop-in sitter experience like this in the greater Tucson area, so book early to ensure your cats' next staycation is absolutely purrfect! If you want your pet to experience social and physical enrichment, genuine TLC, and consistently high quality care then please do book with me as soon as you have your schedule confirmed. From me you can always expect utmost safety and cleanliness, respect of your home and privacy, all requests dutifully followed, enriching playtime, exercise and affection for your pets, multiple high quality videos & pictures sent throughout walk or stay, all dietary and behavioral notes followed to the letter, never a last-minute cancelation or no show, and all health and safety precautions dutifully taken EVERY single time. You will rest easy knowing your pets are in the best hands because I only accept bookings for which I know I can provide the best possible care!
About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. I am the person that always walks other people's dogs since they don't have the time for it. The well-being of pets, even those I don't own, is always something that I pay close attention to. I have taken care of my pregnant dog twice, helping her deliver and tending to newborn puppies. I have also taken care of sick dogs and dogs who recently had surgery, all of which was very demanding. I also rescued a cat from the street which currently lives with me. Right now I am in between jobs so I'm very free, which is why I'm very flexible and taking care of your pets will be my priority. There might be an occasional weekend once a month where I might be busy but that would the only conflicting issue. The rest of the time I will be very flexible and work with your needs. My home is mostly suitable for cats or dogs that live indoors. There's a lot of green areas right outside my home and in the community for a dog to play in but it's not a fenced yard. For a cat, my house has cat trees, litter box, plenty of toys and everything they might need. I do have a cat and a dog if your pet does good with other pets.

About: I’ve been dog sitting and house sitting for about 4 years now, caring for all kinds of pets from chill, low maintenance dogs to super high-energy ones that need a lot of attention and exercise. I’m very comfortable with daily routines like feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and even giving medications if needed. I’ve also cared for multiple pets at once, so I know how to manage different personalities and keep everything running smoothly. Since I’m active, I make sure dogs actually get real exercise and attention not just the bare minimum. Whether that’s longer walks, play sessions, or just keeping them company, I adjust based on what your pet needs. I also have a lot of experience staying in clients’ homes, so I understand the importance of keeping things clean, secure, and exactly how you left them. I treat both your pets and your home with respect. My goal is always to make sure your pet feels comfortable and you feel completely at ease while you’re away. My schedule is pretty flexible, so I’m able to give pets a lot of attention throughout the day. I’m active and like being out, so walks, playtime, and check-ins fit naturally into my routine. I’m available most days for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting, and I do my best to work around your pet’s normal schedule so everything feels consistent for them. I always treat every home and pet with respect, like it’s my own. I make sure doors are secure, routines are followed, and your pet is always safe and comfortable. I pay attention to details like feeding, behavior, and surroundings so nothing gets overlooked. Whether I’m in your home or stopping by, my goal is to keep things clean, calm, and stress-free for your pet.

FAQs for House Sitting - Wymola
Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of June 2026, there are 197 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Wymola. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Wymola walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Wymola maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Wymola choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Wymola. On Rover:
- 94% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 100% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
