About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life, big and small! I’ve bathed, feed, played with, and let dogs outside! Cuddles are a must! I attend Western Kentucky University but am home for the summer. I currently work part time at Brusters Ice Cream! My schedule changes weekly however I don’t work everyday meaning there is plenty of time for stopping by throughout the day! I will update clients on schedule changes to fit their needs and make sure all pets are taken care of properly. Most shifts are at night so I can stop by for feedings and bathroom breaks before work and after! Care begins with attention. Following clients instructions as every dogs and cats needs are different. Proper safety, comfort, and routine is important! Whether backyards aren’t fenced in or animals are fed at a specific time clients instructions are always important to follow!

About: I have been raised with animals my entire life and I want to share that passion with others. I volunteer at a local shelter and have experience with different dog breeds and personalities. About: I have walked dogs for family and friends over the past 5 years. They have taught me how to handle their dogs when crossing the street, as well as making sure their dogs need to use the bathroom while on the walk (as well as bagging and disposing of waste after they went). I also made sure that the dogs did not overheat and got plenty of water before and after their walks. I know how to use a harness, a retractable leash, and a regular leash for dog walking. I have also cared for my family and friends' dogs over the past years. I have learned when they need to go out, what times they need walks, when their meal times are, and what kind of play they like to engage in. I have also given their dogs nutritional supplements (in the form of pills, treats, etc), and I have given their dogs specific nutritional food that they need. I also learned what kind of playtime they love to engage in, and I made sure that they have gotten the physical activity they needed. I very much enjoy taking care of dogs, as well as having a great playtime session with them! I am currently working part-time, so I have time to pet-sit and walk dogs, as well as pet-sit for cats. Because I am a part-time graduate student, I have classes on Monday nights. My hours are open for the rest of the week. I am able to commute to pet-sit and will follow the rules of a client's home to ensure that the environment is safe, hygienic, and happy for their pet(s). I'll make sure that the pets are always supervised, that they are well-fed, properly hydrated, walked, and have a great, engaging playtime session! I will always care for their needs and always communicate with their owners as well.

“If you are looking for an experienced, considerate, and dedicated dog walker/sitter, then you've found your match! Gregory has provided dog walks and overnight care for our 60lb hound mix multiple times over the last few months and we couldn't be happier with the care he provides. He is incredibly communicative, provides very detailed updates after every walk (with plenty of pictures included), and has shown the utmost dedication to understanding our dog Izzy and her specific behavioral needs. We have worked with many positive reinforcement trainers in the past to address our pups over-excitability and leash reactivity and Gregory using much of the same language as these dog trainers when discussing strategies he used on his walks with Izzy to help redirect and keep her focused and safe. Our pup is very scent driven on walks which can require a lot of patience and steady redirection, and we are so grateful for how kind and gentle Gregory is when handling Izzy. We've only had one overnight experience with Gregory so far and he took great care of our home and left the house spotless! He also ensured us that he only books one overnight stay at a time to avoid any conflicts in schedule and make sure our dog has company throughout the night and to keep her safe in the event of an emergency. All that being said, you will have no regrets choosing with work with Gregory and we feel very fortunate to have found him!”

About: I have experience with every size, breed, and age of dog; I have done everything from watching and housesitting a twelve year old lab from hosting a 2 year old chihuahua. I also have extensive experience looking after feline friends as well, often looking after two or three at a time. Whether your furry friend is missing you and wanting to be clingy and cuddled or is feeling like they want solo alone time, I will accommodate your pets moods and personalities to the best of my ability. Outside of dogs and cats, I have been a small animal lover my whole life and have loved and owned everything from ferrets to rats! I am an MA student at University of Delaware, so while I have a heavy workload, that usually just results in more time at home since homework takes a lot more time than going to class itself. Generally I am only gone for no more than 4-5 hours at a time, but generally less. I can often board any time throughout the week with enough notice. In your home, I would attempt to respect your space to the best of my ability and only go places/do tasks that you explicitly ask me to do. I want you to feel rest-assured that both your pet and your space are in good hands!
