About: I have walked dogs for family and friends over the past 5 years. They have taught me how to handle their dogs when crossing the street, as well as making sure their dogs need to use the bathroom while on the walk (as well as bagging and disposing of waste after they went). I also made sure that the dogs did not overheat and got plenty of water before and after their walks. I know how to use a harness, a retractable leash, and a regular leash for dog walking. I have also cared for my family and friends' dogs over the past years. I have learned when they need to go out, what times they need walks, when their meal times are, and what kind of play they like to engage in. I have also given their dogs nutritional supplements (in the form of pills, treats, etc), and I have given their dogs specific nutritional food that they need. I also learned what kind of playtime they love to engage in, and I made sure that they have gotten the physical activity they needed. I very much enjoy taking care of dogs, as well as having a great playtime session with them! I am currently working part-time, so I have time to pet-sit and walk dogs, as well as pet-sit for cats. Because I am a part-time graduate student, I have classes on Monday nights. My hours are open for the rest of the week. I am able to commute to pet-sit and will follow the rules of a client's home to ensure that the environment is safe, hygienic, and happy for their pet(s). I'll make sure that the pets are always supervised, that they are well-fed, properly hydrated, walked, and have a great, engaging playtime session! I will always care for their needs and always communicate with their owners as well.

About: I grew up with two dogs, Lucy and Tula, and I love them so very much! I had to help walk, feed, and play with them all of the time. They have very different personalities, so I am used to the high energy, crazy pups, as well as the more timid ones that may need to warm up to me for a little bit! Our family now has adopted a new little mixed puppy named Jack who is absolutely filled with energy and excitement all of the time. I am currently a college student, so I have classes mostly in the mornings, but my schedule is fairly flexible and I can walk your pups when I'm not in class! I can walk your dogs around your neighborhood or somewhere else in town, whatever works best. About: ever since I was younger, I’ve been infatuated with all kinds of animals. I even wanted to be a vet. I was the six-year-old that neighbors trusted to watch over their dogs while they stepped out for a second and I even taught them some tricks. They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks well that’s a lie. I’ve done it myself. It just takes a little extra persistence. In my home life we have a dog and a bunny, and I’ve trained the dog to get along very well with the bunny. My dog also knows a handful of tricks where she can’t take a bow, shake hands and even spin in a circle. I am a freshly graduated high school student just looking to pay some of her debt from vet bills so I figured it might as well be something I enjoy while doing it. I do have a part-time job, but I am willing to free my calendar for you, and your pets needs! if you prefer me to be with you pets all day i need at least a two week notice so i can free up my time! I love all animals so I just plan to keep an eye on them, keep their brains teased and maybe even try to teach them a few tricks and do a few enrichment games like hide and seek where they have to use their nose or lick mats or even fetch it all just depends on the pet!

I provide care Sunday-Saturday in the summer from 6 am-8 pm. Winter hours are from 7 am- 4:30 pm. Overnights are scheduled from 7 pm - 7 am. Can be altered to fit your needs. About: Hi there! My name is Jamiah, but feel free to call me by my nickname, Mia! I started building my pet care business in 2017. Now in 2025, I work at a non profit as a Communications & Marketing Specialist. While I took time away from Rover to start my career, my heart is calling me back to my ultimate passion-providing high quality care and comfort for all furry friends, while meeting fantastic like-minded people along the way! My love for all animals is deeply immense. Thanks to my mother-I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits, as well as birds! And I was encouraged to always look out for animals and even saved a pregnant cat and raised a litter of kittens when I was 10 (I will share that story when we have the pleasure of meeting). With the animal lover trait being instilled in me, I take the utmost pride in being selected to look after yours. I currently have 1 dog (german shepherd) and 1 cat! I also take care of my mom’s dog (shepherd mix). I attended Conrad Schools of Science and chose the Animal Science career pathway for 3 years. Those 3 years provided me with the basic knowledge about all barn animals and pets. This experience enabled my passion for helping animals no matter how large or small. I’ve always taken the opportunity to volunteer and give back to shelters who need support. Faithful Friends became my home for a few summers as I walked dogs and cleaned countless litter pans. About: Ive taken care of dogs and cats—and have taken great pleasure in doing so—since I was a kid. I’ve also had a chameleon and turtles, and am always eager to learn! I am currently unemployed and have ample time to walk your pups, host them at my house, and more! I lost my own dog earlier this year and have boundless love and care ready for the pets of my community! I live in a house with a large backyard (unfenced). I also love taking long walks and have been missing the company of a fur baby when going! If crate trained, you will need to provide a crate.

About: I have trained two vivacious pups from 8 weeks old as well as walked a blind senior pug with diabetes. I love to be outside, keep a clean home, and keep a very close eye on any dog I'm with. I may be a bit of a paranoid dog mom to some but pet safety and happiness are very important to me. My current pup, Tori, came to me through Rover! She was too much energy and medical need for her previous owner. I boarded her for about two months on weekends, then he decided he wanted to rehome her to me and my boyfriend. We love giving her the best life with plenty of treats, toys, bandanas, outings, and backyard sploots. I'm currently working part time as a tutor after moving to Delaware from South Carolina to be closer to my partner's family and new job. I work evenings as needed, typically from 4-8pm. I am very vigilant and do not let pets I care for out of my sight, even with a fence. I love cuddles, playing fetch, and tugging with toys to give attention. I have a fenced in yard. I have tile and hardwood floors, no carpet--although I am not boarding currently. I love to be outdoors and am an avid runner.

About: I've lived with and cared for dogs for my entire life; I love all animals, big, small, young, old and anywhere in between, the more animals the better! I have experience with dogs, cats, rats, hamsters, and fish and I get along with all of them. I am available for early mornings and late nights as well as weekends. I am also familiar with and unphased by the less glamorous sides of pet care, I don't mind cleaning up after puppy accidents, I have some experience grooming our shaggier four legged friends, and I know how to administer most puppy medications. I work from home so my availability is wide open for whatever you and your animals need. I am an extremely active person so there is no limit to much I will love and play with your pup, but I will also be patient and sensitive to nervous dog and cats. There is no puppy personality that I don't love. I can't wait to meet your dog! I work remote most days. I also have weekends and evenings available for more involved activities. When im not pet sitting i like to take my own dog for hiking/ camping adventures! A typical day starts with breakfast and a nice romp around the yard, or brisque walk around the neighborhood so your dog can go potty and get out some morning energy. I have a flexible schedule at work so i can take frequent breaks to play and attend to your critters needs. In the evenings, im free again and i like to spend time being active, whether its a long walk, a game of fetch, or even an adventure to the park
