About: I have a consistent morning walk routine and welcome yours joining me. Our dogs are great hosts who respect our guests. I have fostered for years, from bottle babies to seniors, so have lots of experience with new dogs and short term visitors. I am primarily working from home and can keep your dog company. On days when I do have to go to the office, your dog will be alone (with our dogs) for only 4-6 hours. I know a tired dog is a good dog, so some exercise and playtime are built into our mornings and afternoons. We have two dogs - a 9 year old (DOB Jul 2017) 10 pounder and a 7 month old (DOB Dec 2025) golden retriever. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of safe space to run. We have several crates here if needed or preferred.

About: I have cared for and loved all range of animals from dogs, cats, and rodents! I have been caring for animals since I was 10 years old for family and friends. I can work with all dog breeds and sizes as I have personally owned and cared for all kinds from chihuahuas to cane corsos! Cats have always been a pet of mine as well and cared for multiple family members felines. I currently assist in fostering dogs and took up dog trainings for a few years. I’m currently working full time - however - I spend my evenings caring for my foster dog and in the weekends I will do drop ins for a family or neighbors hospice pet. I have a fenced in yard as well as a large variety of food for certain nutritional diets depending on the foster dog at that time. I ensure safe environments to ensure the animal is in the best care and comfortability.

About: I've had cats and dogs my whole life and have spent most of my adult life volunteering for 2 animal rescue organizations. I fostered over 170 cats for my last organization (that was over a period of 15 years!) caring for all ages as well as taking in some with medical needs. I'm skilled at administering medications of all sorts and we currently have an asthmatic cat that takes an inhaler. I've been a "cat person" my whole life, but love dogs too! My husband and I love the large breeds, in particular Mastiffs. We currently have 3 cats plus a Mastiff who is the biggest baby. :-) We recently moved to Delaware (from just outside of DC) and I'm looking to re-start pet sitting as I LOVE meeting new furbabies and taking care of them. I used to pet sit in VA but put it to the side when fostering took up most of my free time. I recently took an early retirement and have plenty of free time so can offer flexibility. Since I'm married my husband helps takes care of our own cats/dog, and he understands my love of animals and desire to help others. I understand that every cat/dog is unique, with their own personality and needs. I will take the time to get to know each one and tailor my approach to ensure their comfort level,

About: I've had dogs for over 25 years and most recently I'm caring for a dog with a seizure disorder. Everything from young energetic puppies to elderly dogs. I have worked with an organization called Missing Pet Partnership (an organization started by a police officer who trained scent detection dogs). I was trained to find lost pets and the psychology of dogs and cats including training in pet first aid and CPR. My previous career was as a special education teacher. I now work full-time from home. I would love to play with and care for your pup! No pet too big or small. I hope to hear from you, thanks. I am currently working full-time from home and I will have plenty of time to play with your for baby I'm available for boarding on weekdays, weekends, nights and even holidays. I work from home and have a very large fenced yard that is fully secure for the smallest dog and 5 and a 1/2 feet tall for larger dogs. My home is set back from the road on a quiet private street for your peace of mind. I have two small friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can crate your dog if needed based on your preference and socialization with my dogs is entirely up to you. My home has separate areas to accommodate a variety of situations including multi pet homes that crate and rotate dogs, dogs with medical needs who need to be in separate areas, etc. For overnight stays I will tailor your dogs experience to ensure it is a home away from home.

“Jen is absolutely the BEST petsitter you will ever experience. My cat is very high maintenance with her attitude and her massive hair (forest cat). Upon my arrival home kitty was calm, very content , and had an extensive grooming! My home was exceptionally clean with the removal of litter and cat food cans. Jen met me before the sitting dates and she was extremely knowledgeable . She has tons of common sense--- You will not need to give her pages of instruction. She GETS IT ! In addition, my plants were watered during this 94 degree weather , mail was placed neatly inside, and trash cans were taken to the curb . Photos are sent to you at each visit. About: I have had 3 dogs growing up so use to handling multiple at one time. Also my shih tzu that passed had severe skin allergies so I have experience with medical baths and diets. I work from home 3 days a week so home all day MWF, Tuesdays and Thursdays I am in the office but only a 10 min drive away and can walk them during lunch and be back home with your doggo before dinner! I live in a neighborhood with sidewalks and a park, personally have a well sized yard and back deck for lots of outdoor fun! Currently I own 2 guniea pigs but they’re quiet and kept on an elevated surface no dog has been bothered by them before. Lots of toys and 2 beds here to play with but encourage to bring your pet’s favorites here as well.

About: At the age of 12 I was caring for animals working on a farm for a traveling petting zoo. I also had cats and dogs at home. In my 20's I volunteered at a local shelter where I adopted my first Pittie. I now have two Bulldogs a mom and son duo and a Fiesty but loving Sphynx Cat. I have availability early morning, during lunch , after 5pm , and before bed time Monday through Friday. On Weekends my time is more flexible I will treat your animals no different then I treat my own. They will be my buddies during your time away. I will send photos and updates each night.

My friends call me the cat whisperer & I’ve watched both cats & dogs before. I am available to pet sit weekdays. My availability does depend on the week- I work remote so I am more flexible.
