1. Kayla C.
“Kayla took care of my two pups while we were away for a long weekend. She wasn’t fazed by my grumpy old guy…. She just rolled with his moods and communicated to us daily. Made it a bit easier to leave my babies home while we were away.”
2. Catherine B.
“This is the second time we have asked Catherine to watch our dog and cat. And we would definitely ask her a third, fourth, fifth, and so on because she is wonderful caring for them! We had no worries being out of town and know that they are in good hands with Catherine. Anybody seeking Catherine's help to watch their pets will not be disappointed. Thank you so much!! - M&N”
3. Lila P.
“Lila was a great sitter for Minnie. My very anxious “baby” took to Lila very quickly and that is not her norm, so I felt very comfortable leaving them together. Lila communicated and kept in touch well. She was very respectful of my home and even left a cute doggie thank you note. Minnie seemed to love her and I know this because often when I get home Minnie us sitting by the door waiting. She was sleeping in the living room and much calmer than my usual returns. I recommend Lila as responsive, responsible, and respectful. Thank you!!!”
4. Annie D.
“10 Stars! Annie took care of our 3 dogs and our house while we were overseas for 2 weeks and did an exceptional job. She is a natural dog sitter and they absolutely loved her. She walked them and sent us updates every day. And she did a terrific job taking care of our house, too! We will be hiring her again in the future.”
5. Juliana M.
“Julie did a great job with the boys. She cleaned up after her self and took time to brush the dogs. Three Newfoundlands can be challenging she did great.”
6. Lila S.
“Lila watched our Leo for 8 days without a single issue. The pictures and videos she sent kept us connected and we could see that Leo was in great hands and was having an awesome time with day trips, walks and play dates. We will definitely be using Lila again when we need a dog sitter!”
7. Danielle C.
“Danielle is always amazing! She’s reliable and excellent with communication. She keeps us updated and send lots of photos and videos which helps to ease any worry. She also leaves the house looking just as clean as we left it. Our kitties were obviously well loved and cared for while we were away!”
8. Katie C.
“Katie was absolutely great! Kept in contact, loved Daisy, followed through with all our contacts when there was a problem. She will care for your pet like they were her own! We are already booking another vacation with her!”
9. Gloria L.
“We were so nervous leaving our good boy, but Gloria went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and ensuring Leo got the best treatment while we were away. She treated our house with the upmost respect while staying. She, thoughtfully, sent multiple videos and pictures, and was so communicative. 10/10 will be using her again”
10. Olivia C.
“Olivia watched our dogs and house for ten days. We highly recommend Olivia for house and pet sitting. She is very trustworthy, and we felt very comfortable having her stay in our home. She took good care of our fur babies. She is a good communicator, and I would definitely use her services again.”
11. Lauren H.
“Lauren was beyond my expectation as a pet sitter. She had the difficult task of sitting for three terriers and had a great balance of being friendly and loving with them, yet firm. She was good about suggesting alternatives to my instructions when their health may have been at stake (the heat being too high for their stay in a sunroom) and left the house in better shape than it was on her arrival. She’s smart, thoughtful and provided plenty of pictures and videos to make me feel at ease in my first time using Rover. I would not hesitate to request her any time I’m in need in the future.”
12. Brianna S.
“Brianna stayed at my house for the weekend with my puppy and cat, it was very clear when I came home they were loved and spoiled while she was here! She was great at communicating and updating me on my babies!”
13. Jasper R.
“I highly recommend Jasper! He is absolutely amazing with my animals. They loved him, he sent pics and kept us informed during a week long stay while we were away. Anytime we leave for vacation or need anything will be calling him. 100% Jasper is amazing and my golden and orange cat loved him. We were able to enjoy are vacation knowing he was there. When we returned home my bella and charlie were so content and happy. Cant say enough good things about Jasper!”
14. Matthew G.
“Matthew was wonderful! We had him stay in our home for a week with our three cats. He was responsive, sent the perfect amount of photo updates, and left everything in great condition. We'll definitely be reaching out to Matthew again in the future!”
15. Johanna K.
“We were so lucky to find Johanna. She stayed in our home over a long weekend and took care of our dog and cat. I’m sure it wasn't her ideal way to spend a holiday weekend but she was so professional and kind. She came over for a meet and greet first and both animals took to her right away. Johanna was punctual and listened to all of our care instructions. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable home/pet sitter”
16. Kaylyn V.
“Kaylyn is a loving dog mom, and a fantastic dog sitter! Before she became a dog mom, herself, she was a dog auntie to many of her family's and friend's dogs. She enjoys taking her pup to the dog park, on a daily basis, as well as on hikes and other fun outings! Kaylyn has also dog sat my two pups on numerous occasions, while I've been on vacation or out for the day. She's able to walk both of my Pitbulls (who most definitely pull) at the same time, which I would say shows that her handling skills are of excellent quality! Kaylyn LOVES to spoil the pups if you're looking for that type of dog walker/sitter! I always see her bringing her dog to get a pup cup or spending some quality cuddle time together. I'm personally very nervous to have someone else take care of my dogs, but when I first asked Kaylyn to watch my dogs, she listened to every little detail of the instructions that I had provided her. And if she had any questions about clarity, she most definitely asked me, and did NOT just assume something else. If you're looking for a dog walker/sitter who is caring, attentive, and experienced, Kaylyn would be a great fit for your dog!”
17. madie b.
“Madie was very sensitive to my dog's separation anxiety. She did a good job caring for my dog and the house. She cuddled with her and spent time outside playing with Skye. I felt very relieved knowing that Skye was well cared for. I would have her care for Skye, my dog anytime.”
18. Thomas C.
About: I am a retired London “Bobby” Police Officer who loves animals. Since 2016 I have made the quiet corner of New England home after working and traveling throughout the world in my two former careers. Now after being here for sometime I find myself with plenty of free time and I am putting myself out there to help out. I had my first dog in 2003 when he was a 3 month old puppy handed in to a London Police Station where i was working as a Police Constable. He lived until 12 years old and i was lucky enough to travel with him to England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Falkland Islands, France, Spain and Malta where he spent his final years. Whilst in Malta i looked after various properties and Pets including Labradors, French Bulldogs and Cats. Message me if I can help out in any other way also. I work full time from around 8am and I am usually home no later than 3pm. Weekends are clear and free. My wife is willing to lend a hand on occasion. After learning the hard way with a Coonhound who likes to chase anything that moves, I am alert to the individual needs of owners and their pets. I am happy to exercise Pets on or off their leases depending on one's wishes.
19. Sara B.
About: I am a 25-year-old working professional, looking to get my dog fill during the week and make some extra income. I have my own dog, a shih tzu, who is now a senior at the ripe age of 14! I adore her (and all dogs) as if they were my children. I've had the pleasure of watching/caring for/walking many dogs throughout my years and look forward to continuing to do so. I've also worked with bunnies and other small breed animals. I've also had the pleasure of caring for many dogs through Rover - from smaller breeds, to larger. I hope you will consider me to care for your dog(s)! Please note that I do work 8am-5pm during the week but am open to stopping by after work (after 5pm) and am usually free weekends and holidays. I currently work full-time but am able to assist after 5PM and/or on weekends! Please do not hesitate to reach out to me to discuss availability. I am most comfortable with keeping dogs leashed, but okay with unleashing if on private, fenced-in property. Additionally, open to crating dogs (as long as they are not aggressive) and giving hugs!
