About: As a proud owner of 3 dogs and a cat, I will strive to make your pet feel like my own. Loved, cherished, and lots of belly rubs. Right now my only priority is to focus on my upcoming school year! Besides that I am free on weekdays and weekends. Day and night! About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was in high school. I have friends and neighbors that rely on me to take care of their pets. I've also taken care of animals other then cats and dogs. I've done rabbits and Guinea pigs. I feed, give baths, give medications and walks. I can currently do this full time. If you ask me to do a 24 hour stay. I am available for that as well. I just need to know at least 4 days ahead of time. My SO travels for work. And I would need to fit my dog into that schedule. Just know I will have other pets to take care while staying at your home. And will not be there 24/7. I will be staying at your house on my breaks and overnight if requested. We do not have a fenced in backyard. But we do take him on several walks a day. Regardless of the weather. He is unbothered by it.

My background includes training challenging dogs, caring for neonatal kittens, mucking stalls, administering IV fluids, raising poultry and small animals, and over 20 years of experience with dogs, cats, fish, and reptiles. I’m confident with special-needs pets, unusual animals, and complicated routines—and I’ll care for every animal with patience, attentiveness, and kindness. I work a standard 8 am - 4 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. I am available to care for boarded animals in the morning before I leave and in the evenings when I return from work in those days, with the same diligence and love I give my own animals. For all other days, I am either off or working from home and I am generally available to provide care. If I am visiting your home, I would like to have a meet and greet with you and your animals before you head out of town to establish their normal schedules and routines. During appointments, I will give your animals the same love and care that I give my own. If you are scheduling to have an animal boarded, your animal(s) will be given their own room separate from other animals in the house, with direct access to a large, fenced-in yard, their own beds and towels, and constant access to water. Walks, treats, meals, and medications will be given on an agreed upon schedule. Potty breaks will occur no less than once in the morning, once before and after dinner, and once before bedtime. I do not accept outside bedding and all guests must be up to date on vaccines and treated for fleas and ticks prior to boarding.

About: I'm a certified cat lady with a great understanding and love of our doggo friends too. 10+ years of experience living with and caring for dogs and cats. Our dogs always seek me out for walks because they find walks with me so fun! I have great skill dealing with special needs pets: administering medications (like giving my diabetic cat insulin shots), and reading pet body language to meet their comfort needs. Hannah was fabulous. Because I had a sick kitty, she came over twice to go over his medication so she was comfortable medicating Tribble. Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to Tribble (Rainbow Bridge) the day before I was to leave on vacation. She was great being flexible and sympathetic. My two remaining babies were well cared for. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
