About: Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved animals. Especially dogs. I have owned, trained, and taken care of dogs since I was 9 years old. I have a special connection with dogs and bond with every dog I meet. My calming nature helps keep my furry friends at ease and trust in me. I am responsible, hardworking, empathetic, determined, and reliable. I truly believe that dogs are our best friends. I love taking long walks with dogs and giving them all the love, attention, care, and cuddles they need. My schedule is flexible and I am happy to work with and accommodate your pets needs or any special instructions. Making sure your pets are safe, happy, cared for, and in good hands is my top priority! I will treat your precious pets like they are my own fur children. I am currently on leave from my full time position temporarily, so I have plenty of time to give all my attention and love to your pet/pets. I am flexible and happy to accommodate whether it's a walk, drop in, house sitting, day care, or boarding in my home. My schedule is free and open to help you and your beloved fur family members. I have a 3 level house with lots of grass and space for your fur babies to walk and run and play! I am a softie when it comes to pets, especially dogs, and I will always take the best care of them and spoil them extra for you if you want as if they were my own. I am happy to accommodate any preferences and any comforts or rules you provide your pet regarding furniture, treats, special care, etc. I do not have any children or pets of my own in my home currently.

About: Ive had my first dog since i was 4 he was my preschool graduation present and is still with me today! i also have an 8 year old chihuahua and 2 cats. ive pet sit for my friends and family many times when they go on vacation Im currently a college student and im taking a few classes this summer im available to stop in during the day whenever needed or in the afternoon I set picture updates and make sure they always seem happy and comfortable as well as give them a lot of attention and love. .

I’ve helped out with Lab Rescue and I’m currently looking to help out with BARCS. I love dogs so much and I will treat them as part of my family! I have all day availability 8am through 10 pm. I’m very flexible and willing to work together to do what I can to make anything work! I will follow anything asked! If there are specific harnesses used, your dog is muzzle trained, etc.. I own a 6 year old golden retriever who loves to meet new friends. I have experience with dogs of all ages, medication management, and dogs who need a little extra love and attention. I pride myself on communion and making sure you feel comfortable knowing your dog is in good hands. Items provided in my home: crate, dog bed, toys, treats (if allowed). Please share any specific needs or behaviors your dog may have so they can have the most positive experience! I work full-time from home. That allows me flexibility to drop into your home as well as care for and give plenty of attention to dogs in my home. I have a 6 year old golden retriever who loves to make new friends. My yard is not fenced but I have a great neighborhood for walking, as well as a large yard to walk your dog on a leash. Working from home I am around most of the day. If I have to go out, the dogs will not be left alone together. I have a crate in my home that I use. If you would like to bring your own, that is welcome as well!

Cheryl took care of out high maintenance pup, Gus, for a few hours today for the first time. They were fast friends! Gus is still working on not freaking out when left alone and he showed no signs of stress when left with Cheryl. Cheryl was great about understanding Gus's ways (and rules) and engaging with him. He was happy and calm when we returned (and tired as a bonus!). We plan on booking Cheryl whenever we need to be away.
Jessica was amazing from the meet and greet to the last morning of her drop in visits!!! She shared insightful updates and pictures each drop in visit and there was a huge jump from the first drop in visit to the last one; you can see how comfortable and happy Jola was starting to get with her through the photos! And that speaks volumes to how great she is at caring for our little loved ones! Jessica is most def my first choice for drop in visits in the future if she’s available 🙏🏾 10/10 recommend

Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
