About: Hello! My name is Avery ..... I have had dogs all throughout my life and plan to keep it that way! As a kid I grew up with with two beagles, a chocolate lab, a pit bull, and most recently a rescue shar pei/ lab mix. I love seeing every animals personality shine through and spoiling them with love and attention. Each one of my dogs has loved the outdoors (almost as much as me) and had lives full of adventure and exercise. I have also lived with cats and love them (through my previous roommate). “Joe was great! I booked him to walk Graé several times while I flew to Detroit for an interview. Unfortunately, Graé suffered a dog attack the day before I was set to leave so that added a little more burden on Joe than anticipated. Joe walked, fed and administered Graé's meds in the evening and the morning. To make sure they got along Joe stopped by my place the night before for a meet and greet with my pup. While gone, Joes sent photos and updates to his time with him; I great help! I will definitely be using joe again if the need arises and he's available.”

For In-Home Pet Check-ins: I pay close attention to your pet's behavior and appetite, reporting any concerns to you immediately. About: I’ve had multiple years of experience with senior dogs, pets needing help with medication, or energetic pets requiring lots of play. I have two cats myself. I’m a musician with a flexible schedule so I can make time whenever they need me. Happy to do over nights or pop in visits. Ive found it best to try to keep animals routines and schedules as regular as possible from what they’re used to to minimize their stress.

About: We took care of our beloved dog for all 12 years of her life. Our house is fully equipped to give your dog a comfortable stay, including a fenced in back yard. And our kids will make sure your dog is entertained and well-loved. I currently only work outside the home on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My husband is gone from 9-3, so the longest your dog would be alone is 6 hours on the days that I work. We have a large house, designated pet area within the home, and a fenced in backyard. We have all the basic amenities to make your dog stay easy on you and comfortable for your dog. We have no other pets currently in the home, but we do have three kids ranging from 2-10 who are comfortable around dogs and have learned how to appropriate play with them.

About: I've taken care of both cats and dogs for my entire life. From elderly beagles to pitbulls with no concept of their own size, I love them all! I'm experienced with special needs pets, having personally taken care of pets who are blind and deaf; who have FIV, FeLV and CKD; and who are missing teeth and tail. I am familiar with giving meds orally (both pill and syringe form), taking care of sick pets, and monitoring symptoms. You know what your pet needs, and I always make sure quality care is given in your absence! I am currently available mornings, afternoons, and nights M-F and weekends. I am a teacher with lots of spare time during the summer! I prefer mornings and nights for walks to prevent your pets from overheating. I currently do not offer boarding for pets in my home. I aim to respect your home and leave it cleaner than I found it! I'm happy to clean pet bowls, vacuum pet beds, etc.

About: I’ve been a pet owner my entire life, having anything from large dogs to small cats. I’ve also house sat and watched animals for many a friend, family member, and coworker. I currently work as a freelance theatre designer/technician, so my hours can be super flexible. quick walks and check ins during the day are ideal for me, but I am down for whatever! I am very happy to make the clients animals comfortable in their own home. I also have a car so taking a dog to a park is also easy for me to do!

About: All my life, I have always had pets! Ranging from many different types of cats to Great Pyrenees, Shih Tzu, and now a Golden Doodle. I have watched over other family members and friends' fur babies and have no problem going on walks, playing, and giving lots of scratches and baths! I’m currently a student at Wayne state and on summer vacation! I have lots of time for walks, dog or cat sitting and lots of play time:) I currently live in an apartment so i can sadly not have any dog or cat play dates at my place, but i have no problem come over and hanging with your pet! I love animals and have no problem taking them on walks, letting them out for bathroom breaks and depending on the dog or cat i can crate them as well.
