He made sure he was thoroughly informed and respectful of care instructions and and kept great communication throughout the stay. We were gone over our girl’s birthday and Syd made little signs for her in our house (at her eye level too!) His base level of care exceeds expectations and little touches like the birthday signs just made us feel even more comforted that our pet was being loved and safe while we were away. The dogs seemed very relaxed and happy on our return - staying in their own home was so much better for them than boarding, as they are all seniors. Suzanne was also very considerate and laundered her bedding and towels, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Suzanne and would love her to come back in the future should we have the need.”
