Kaci is a deeply caring person who often shows astonishing care towards animals and people alike. I've had the pleasure of witnessing her caring for an antisocial cat who wanted little to do with most people. During her brief time with this cat it opened up to her and became comfortable to be around her, even expressing affection similar to that seen with the animal's usual caretaker. Kaci is extremely professional and conducts herself with an high amount of integrity.

Kaci has been a consistently reliable sitter for my yellow lab, Rory. I travel often for work, and she makes that so much easier. She’s communicative, easy to work with, and flexible when plans change. What I appreciate most is the extra attention and love she gives Rory. They’ve built a real bond—he lights up when she comes over and treats her visits like something to look forward to. That peace of mind means a lot. I recommend Kaci without hesitation. She’s not just a dog sitter—she’s a friend to our dog.

Kaci was amazing with my past dog. The dog was a Rhodesian Ridgeback and was a great dog but hard to leave her with just anyone. In fact we could not go on vacations until we had Kaci Matthews dog sit. Kaci is so gentle with all animals. She was literally the only person we would have dog sit our dog. She spent extra time with dog. One other time we had someone else dog sit and our dog stopped eating. Kaci was so wonderful to find. Our dog loved her and I felt very comfortable taking a weekend or weeks when Kaci was taking care of our dog. Excellent communication as well.

Kaci has watched all of our pets for the past several years and she has done an amazing job with each of them! Our dogs loves that she walks them regularly and she is not shy about cuddling with them even though they are larger dogs and she is great about sending us updates.
