I recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati, so I have a very flexible schedule right now alongside babysitting and am currently looking for full-time opportunities. Because of this, I’m available throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, pet sitting, and even last-minute bookings. Caring for animals already fits naturally into my everyday life, I grew up with dogs and cats, help care for my parents’ dog, and have two cats of my own! I genuinely love spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, active, and well cared for while their owners are away 💛

I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow their pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and any special instructions. I know how important consistency is for animals and I always treat both pets and homes with respect and care. Since I have a dog and two cats of my own, I’m very familiar with reading animal behavior, giving pets attention and patience, and making sure they feel calm and cared for. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they can feel comfortable knowing their pet is in good hands!

A typical day with me includes lots of love, attention, playtime, walks, potty breaks, cuddles, and making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and comfortable 🐾💛 I love staying active, going on walks, playing with toys, and giving pets plenty of companionship and care. I also know that every pet is different, so I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine and do whatever you prefer for their care! Whether that means extra walks, playtime, snuggles, specific feeding schedules, or just keeping them company, my goal is to make sure your pet feels as comfortable and well cared for as possible while you’re away!

My name is Kate Palmer, and I recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati 🎓❤️ I just started on Rover and am looking for pet sitting opportunities because I genuinely love animals and caring for them! 🐶🐱 Although I’m new to Rover, I have years of caregiving experience through nannying for multiple families, which has taught me how to be patient, responsible, attentive, and dependable. She often takes her parents dog to the park to play with him and make sure he gets exercise. She loves every single animal she is around big or small.
