“Alison has been very reliable and responsive. She’s been walking our new puppy for the last couple weeks to help us get her out of the crate during our work day so she isn’t in there more than 4hrs. Puppy dealing with some pretty bad stomach issues and Alison very helpful with this as far as checking in with worried pup mom and offering more water/different options when pup not up for a walk. She’s been wonderful and we’re very grateful. Will continue to use her services as long as we can and are in a situation where work schedule forces pup into crate for too many hours.”

About: Grew up with dogs. Haven’t had as many dogs as cats as they required more attention than cats and Rover didn’t exist when I was younger. I had 3 dogs in my young adult life over the course of 30 years. Currently we have a 9 year old pittie rescue and she is well cared for. I’m recently retired so my schedule is very flexible. Rover has made it possible for us to travel with peace of mind that our pets would be cared for. So I figured it would be a good fit as a retirement job and now I can give others the same peace of mind. The retired lifestyle has left me very flexible for going to people’s homes to help with their cat and dog maintenance while they travel. Currently not looking to offer in home services.

About: I have always loved animals and have experience dog sitting and cat sitting. I also love walking dogs since I love the extra exercise :) I’m great with scheduling and making sure to always be available when possible! One thing I promise to not be, is a flake! I love animals and have a dachshund of my own who I’ve raised since a puppy. Safety of your fur baby to me is always the first most important thing I value! I promise to respect your needs and care for your pet in the best way I can as my own:)

About: As an animal lover, I’ve watched my friends cats & dogs while they’re out of town. My favorite part of watching them is taking them on walks along with giving them lots of cuddles & play time. I currently work as an esthetician & artist who creates my own schedule based off of appointments & gigs. My career is flexible & allows me to care for animals most time of the day & week! In my own home, I make sure my cats receive playtime, attention, pets & cuddles. Within a clients home, I’d make sure to understand each individuals animals needs and how they are typically cared for. This is vital to me, so the animals are able to maintain their same routine & schedule alongside receiving the care & playtime they deserve.

About: I have been a pet-sitter and dog walker since I was 12 years old, and I've only received positive reviews. I have experience caring for large and small breeds, multiple dogs, dogs with anxiety and/or medical needs, and cats. Some of my clients like me so much that they only go out of town when they know I can pet-sit! I have raised large dogs my whole life, and am happy to walk them and care for them! I currently teach dance for a living, so my schedule is pretty flexible. Wednesdays are the only day I work a typical 8am-4pm schedule. The rest of the time, I teach a few classes scattered throughout the day, giving me plenty of time to check-in on your pets. I am flexible and happy to provide the care you suggest for your pet. I treat every walk the same way I would for my own dog: attentive, on time, and focused entirely on their safety and comfort for the full duration. Whether your dog is high-energy, a little nervous around new people, or just needs a steady routine, I adjust to what they need rather than running a one-size-fits-all walk. You can expect clear communication before and after every visit, so you always know exactly how things went. My schedule is flexible throughout the day, so dog walking isn't squeezed into a narrow window — it's a real part of my daily routine. That means I can offer consistent mid-morning, afternoon, or early evening walks, and I'm also able to accommodate last-minute requests or changes in timing without it being a scramble. If your schedule shifts week to week, I can usually adjust to match it. Safety is the first thing I think about with every walk. When I arrive, I double-check that all doors and gates are secure before I bring your dog out, and I make sure the leash and collar or harness are properly fitted before we leave — no slipping out mid-walk. I stick to routes I know well, avoid off-leash areas unless specifically asked, and keep a close eye on other dogs, traffic, and anything that could startle or spook your dog. I always carry water on hot days and adjust the pace or length of the walk based on weather and how your dog is doing that day. Before I leave, I make sure your home is exactly as I found it — doors locked, lights as they were, nothing out of place. If anything ever comes up during a walk, you'll hear from me right away, not after the fact.

About: Pets have been in my life since I was a little kid. My family has always had a dog and I have a cat that I take care of like she’s my baby! I’ve always loved animals and being around fur babies. To me pets aren’t just animals you have they are an extension of your family! I work a part time job at the kenwood mall during the summer/seasonally and am a student at UC studying education in hopes of becoming a teacher! My availability is pretty flexible during the week Monday, Wednesday, Friday I only have one class from 11-12:10 so I will be readily available for virtually the entire day. Availability for Tuesday/ Thursday varies because my classes range from 11-2 which isn’t ideal for potty breaks or feedings but am able to negotiate if you have a specific situation that would fit my schedule on those two day. During the weekend im free whenever and can do mornings, overnight care, potty breaks, special feeding care, etc. While at home I let our dog out, give treats, feed, and clean the cat's littler box, feed the cat, replenish the water supply in their fountain, etc. I have a senior dog so playing isn’t in her cards anymore but I’m happy to sit with senior dogs and play with younger dogs. I also love walks and will take your pups for as long of a walk as you’d like. I even walk my cat in a pet stroller when the weather is nice!

About: I've owned and cared for dogs and cats my whole life and this is the first time I'm without my own. I'm very good at feeling animals needs out and staying connected with them so that they feel as comfortable as possible in a new space. I currently work from home with an incredibly flexible schedule to walk and take your pets out as needed. For this reason I'm normally available seven days a week. I have a spacious house for pet sitting as well as a nice fenced-in back yard to accommodate the sun bathing best boys(and girls) 😎

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was 10. I currently live with my own cat Peanut, but I grew up with 2 cats and a dog. I am very comfortable around rowdy, big, and loud dogs. I work part time at Aldi as a stocker, my schedule varies by week but I work 4-5am to 10am. I am able to come and go as needed in the evening and afternoon. I am good at making sure the house is locked and the animals are happy before finally departing. I am very devoted to making sure that animals in my care are incredibly spoiled and happy.
